2 Product Introduction This thermometer can be used to measure up to 4 different temperatures simultaneously, and with useful feature of 20 storage locations for temperature measurements (Total 80 measured temperature values) The product packing comes with: - Thermocouple Thermometer X 1 pcs - K Type Thermocouple Probe (4 pcs) - 9V Battery is NOT included Operating Preparation Put in a 9V battery by opening the battery compartment cover using a screwdriver. The instrument requires Thermocouple probes to be inserted to measure temperatures. There are 4 probe sockets on the top and corresponding to T1 to T4 respectively. (The probe has + and terminal and they need to be inserted into sockets with correct polarity) This instrument can t function with probe disconnected. This instrument is simple to use and please refer to below section for each key s function. Product Feature and Functions 1. Probe socket and Thermocouple probes 2. LCD Display 3. 3 4. HOLD (M+) Suspend measurement and hold the current measurement data 5. UNIT (MR) Switch among C ; F and K display unit 6. Backlight Turn ON / OFF the display backlight 7. MAX / UP Key : Display the maximum temperature values / Scroll up stored temperature values 8. MIN / DOWN Display the minimum temperature values / Scroll down stored temperature values 9. AVG Turn ON / OFF the average temperature values from turning on the instrument till pressing AVG button. 10. Battery compartment Product Features - 4 X K-Type Thermocouple Temperature measurement - LCD display with backlight - MAX / MIN / Average values hold - Selectable C ; F and K display - 20 Storages X 4 Temperature memory function - Auto Power off with no operation within 10 minutes Operation Procedures Standard Operations - Insert K-Type thermocouple probes to corresponding probe sockets for measurement - There are maximum 4 channels of Temperature measurement, user can use less channel of probes if not all 4 are needed - Press POWER ON / OFF (Red color) button to turn on the unit - Place K-Type thermocouple probes to place where temperature measurement are required

4 - The LCD display shows each individual channel s temperature - Press UNIT momentarily to switch among temperature units of C ; F and K - Press HOLD momentarily to freeze the displayed temperature values, press HOLD again to return to normal state - The unit take measurements continuously and refresh the display continuously. During measurements the MIN and MAX measured temperature values are stored and can be recalled by pressing MAX / MIN buttons - Pressing AVG button would provide averages between MAX and MIN values - Pressing MAX / MIN and AVG buttons would return to normal state Memory / Measurement Storage Operation - TC41 has unique feature of 20 storage memory of 4 channel temperature values Memory Store - To store measured values, press HOLD/M+ button for more than 2 seconds, temperatures would be stored into one of the 20 memory locations. Memory location number would be displayed momentarily, e.g , and resume to normal state - When all 20 memory locations have been used up pressing above key sequence would show FULL on LCD Memory Read - During normal measurement / display mode, press UNIT/MR button for more than 2 seconds, stored memory s temperatures would be displayed : (Starting from the last stored location :

5 a. e.g (1 st Memory location) b. Then T1 T4 icons flash and display the measured temperatures c. Pressing Max (Up) and Min (Down) buttons would scroll through the stored temperatures sequentially d. Pressing UNIT/MR button during memory display mode would exit this mode and enter into normal temperature measurement mode e. Pressing HOLD/M+ continuously would CLEAR all stored values, 0000 would be displayed Always-ON Feature - During normal operation, TC41 would turn off after a while when not operated - If user need to have TC41 running continuously (Always-ON), press HOLD button together with POWER button to turn on TC41 - TC41 would not be turned off automatically, to turn it off, press Power button Calibration (IF required TC41 is factory calibrated accurate) - Place TC41 at a stable room temperature condition for over 30 min - Take out all batteries then Press " Power" button while re-installing the battery - "CAL" and current temperature / Calibration factor displayed and C icons are flashing on the LCD - Press " MAX / UP or MIN / DOWN buttons to calibrate the current temperature to a known reference temperature value - Press HOLD button ; then POWER button to turn off TC41 when finish

The Thermometer is not a waterproof nor drop resistant instrument, so please take good care of it after use. Put it in a place where children cannot access.
