5 Operator s Training Our ever growing team of technicians is constantly on the move to meet and fulfill your operational requirements. Trane however is pleased to provide an onsite Operator s Training (1 day) to our privileged customers. This service includes training for the system operators or building engineers for the unit on site. Through this training, they will gain an overall understanding and improve the ability to operate and maintain the chiller.

6 Thermography Thermography is a predictive tool to identify potential problems before they happen. It is a proven way to detect and diagnose problems in a completely non-invasive manner and is conducted while your plant is in operation. It helps reduce failure detection times and allows for additional time for necessary maintenance. As part of our services you will receive a detailed report generated by our computerized infrared scanner identifying: Their current condition and problem areas Description of our evaluation which can be shared with your management team Recommendations for solutions and repair priority

7 Trane Rental Services The need for temporary cooling increases when temperatures rise during summer time. Trane rental chillers keep building occupants comfortable and industrial processes running smoothly. Whether planned or unplanned, temporary solutions can be installed quickly to provide cooling all summer long without disruption to business as usual. Short-term and long-term rentals are available, including a rent-to-own option. Trane is one of the few chiller service companies with its own fleet of rental chillers which is used primarily to provide temporary cooling to customers whose plant is undergoing a repair or major upgrade. What s more is that the chillers are all relatively new!

Every piece of HVAC equipment with rotating components has its own vibration signature. Any change in this signature can be used as an accurate means of identifying developing problems. The monitoring and diagnostics system reliably detects not only potential defects at the initial stage of their development but also identifies the exact defect type and its severity. The vibration measurement and analysis techniques used by Trane can identify a wide range of developing faults such as shaft misalignment, bearing defects, imbalance, or motor electrical problems.
