The issuer was OOO VIS Development. Rating agency RAEX (Expert RA) assigned high reliability rating at ruaa level to debt instruments. 13 INVESTMENT PROJECTS SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES YAMAL-NENETSKY AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT BOVANENKOVO-SABETTA RAILROAD LINE YAMAL-NENETSKY AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT VIS Group implemented a public-private partnership project in Yamal-Nenetsky autonomous district, which was the first in the region. In compliance with the agreement signed with the regional government, 6 children s educational facilities have been constructed new spots were created for elementary school and kindergarten-age children. The first PPP railroad project in modern Russia. The 171-km line will link the region to the Sabetta port and become a part of the Northern Latitudinal Route. 14 INVESTMENT PROJECTS PERINATAL CENTER KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES THE REPUBLIC OF SAKHA (YAKUTIA) The district center for maternity and childhood support, intended for deliveries per year, is under construction in Surgut. The new building, with an area of over sq. m, will allow to create a fundamentally different system of medical services provision. The perinatal center under development is the largest in Russia. According to the agreement between VIS Group and the republic s government, 4 schools, 5 kindergartens, a cultural center and an art school with a library will be built before the end of The project stipulates the designated use of the constructed facilities up to the end of

15 INVESTMENT PROJECTS KHABAROVSK BYPASS MOTOR HIGHWAY BRIDGE OVER THE OB RIVER NOVOSIBIRSK The first PPP project in the transportation sector of the Russian Far East. The highway will allow to clear the regional center s road network of transit traffic and steer the freight traffic flow out of the city. Khabarovsk Bypass will connect three federal highways Ussuri, Amur and Vostok. A bridge and multi-level road junctions will provide access to federal highways Baikal, Chuisky Trakt and Sibir. A six-lane motor highway spanning 5.1 km will allow to eliminate traffic lights and ensure the traffic flow continuity. In the future, it will also enable access to China s motor road network. 16 INVESTMENT PROJECTS WASTE SORTING COMPLEXES NOVOSIBIRSK OBLAST The company acts as a concessionaire for the construction project in the Novosibirsk oblast waste sorting facilities. The project includes two sorting plant for household waste with the capacity of 400 thousand tons each, two landfill capacity 297,2 thousand tons and all necessary infrastructure. VINOGRADOVO-BOLTINO-TARASOVKA MOTOR HIGHWAY, MOSKOVSKAYA OBLAST The agreement involves the creation of a large-scale infrastructural asset, which includes 6 bridges and overpasses and 4 junctions. The length of the four-lane highway will be over 16 kilometers. The projected vehicular traffic capacity will amount to thousand cars per day
