16 Key Project Experience Energy Combined Cycle Power Plant HVAC & Communications Infrastructure Sino Iron 450MW Combined Cycle Gas Fired Power Station CITIC Pacific Mining RCR (through the acquired AE&E Australia) delivered design, supply and Installation, testing and commissioning of a 450MWe combined cycle steam and gas turbine power station for CITIC Pacific Mining. APLNG - Conoco Phillips/Bechtel RCR scope at the Curtis Island facility includes installation of CCTV, Access Control, VOIP and LAN systems; installation, termination and testing of fibre optic and copper cabling; and HVAC consultancy, repairs, maintenance and training delivery. Renewable Energy In-Pit Crushing & Conveying (IP2C) AGL/First Solar RCR completed the installation, testing and commissioning of over 680,000 photovoltaic modules at AGL s 53 MW solar power station in Broken Hill. The plant covers 140 hectares. Iluka Resources Limited RCR designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned the 2nd generation fully Integrated trackmounted IPCC plant as a single unit. 17 Energy HRSG Water & Wastewater Infrastructure BHP Billiton Iron Ore RCR designed, supplied and manufactured three auxiliary - Fired Heat Recovery Steam Generators and ancillary equipment for the Yarnima Combined Cycle Power Plant in Western Australia. Water Corporation RCR carried out civil construction of anaerobic, secondary & tertiary pond, interconnecting pipework and mechanical work; including electrical, control and SCADA design, fabrication and installation. Iron Ore Processing Facilities (65MTPA) SMP Works Underground Fortescue Metals Group RCR carried out SMPE & I works and pre-commissioning of two OPFs at the Solomon Mine. This innovative modular construction was completed in record time. RCR has also designed, built and supplied proprietary materials handling equipment. Rail Newcrest Mining Limited RCR is the primary construction contractor for the underground scope of Newcrest Mining s Cadia East Project. Scope comprises the materials handling system and mine Infrastructure, installation of the tailings thickener tank, pipe and mechanical equipment. Tunnel M&E Works Transport for New South Wales Works program to upgrade Sydney s rail infrastructure (10 year contract). RCR s scope of works includes, installation, and commissioning of rail signalling, overhead wiring (OHW), Automatic Train Protection (ATP) and substation upgrades. Transcity JV and Brisbane City Council Legacy Way is a 4.6km road tunnel that will connect the Western Freeway at Toowong with the Inner City Bypass (ICB). RCR s scope of work comprises the mechanical and electrical installation of HV and LV distribution systems, lighting and general purpose power, jet and axial fans, air conditioning, ventilation and fire detection.
