8 Proposal idea/content In Europe, practitioners interested in the uptake of security research and innovation are dedicated to performing their duty and are focused on their tasks. 16 Proposal idea/content Create a network of (mainly) regional European innovation clusters of security, public protection, and first responder practitioners The BCSC can lead the WP on the cyber security aspects, by establishing a network of innovation clusters that focus on cyber security and that can bring cyber security labs (and cyber Ranges) and other testing and demonstration facilities.
