Customer can rest assured that critical transaction processing or secure payments system migrations are handled by skilled staff that have knowledge in these areas and understand not only the technology but also the security and operational importance of these applications of the customers office. The above process model detailed 'control' as the fourth discipline and we can ensure that any proposed solution can be tracked both financially and also for unauthorized changes avoiding risks to the success of the project such as the common 'feature creep' phenomena. To ensure that the project runs both to schedule and budget NTT plans to use a standardized reporting and management model. This management model ensures that effective change control, fault tracing, fiscal reporting, and progress reviews are all directed to the customer at regular intervals avoiding both confusion and reducing the risk of last minute unexpected changes to the schedule
