7 ANAGAMB: estabilishment s sight (1) Portal for accessing information managed by different providers amon SIRA Network: IDA system allows every data-provider in SIRA Network (Region, Provinces, ARPA) to share information among the network every IDA service has to be linked to a metadata through Data-View services, each data-provider can expose their information for consultation and or download among SIRA network; it is also possibile to define data-view services merging information by different providers, if they have coherent logical structure Region Piedmont coordinates the system, defining which kind of information has to be shared among SIRA network

9 Next challenges pen issues despite the need for a public consultation phase is explicitly mentioned in IED, there is still a strong lack of available information and tools aimed to facilitate interested stakeholders (businesses, professionals, associations, citizens) participation in co-definition of sustainable measures and policies NEXT CHALLENGES NEW SERVICES for businesses and professionals who are involved in environmental assessments procedures, services should facilitate information exchange with the PA (administrative simplification), improving cost efficiency of environmental assessment processes related to PF (first application in Regione Piemonte to EIA) for citizens and associations, services should be designed to encourage and support participation in environmental assessments, also using web 2.0 tools (online discussion boards and focus groups, geo-blogs, forum, electronic panels, online deliberation tools)
