15 JTC Goals for the CTF Provide an organized view of the increasingly complex landscape of technologies and related standards Define a standard set of components and interfaces that make up a comprehensive court IT environment Help courts more readily identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings through the use of technology Promote alignment of IT initiatives with business goals of the court

19 CTF Checklist To solve a business problem it is critical that: we have the right conversations; between and among the right people; in the correct environment, and; in a timely manner. To help us do this within the CTF we have developed a checklist suggesting some of the questions that should be asked in each area.
