16 Naval ATFP IPT CONUS ESS Program Overview Naval AT/FP provides systems engineering, design, procurement and installation of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) upgrades for access control, intrusion detection, and visual assessment of the perimeter and high value critical assets. This work includes technical refreshes for dispatching support systems to facilitate the deployment of Regional Dispatch Centers (RDC s) and providing system sustainment of Life Cycle initiatives for Navy Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) using standardized processes and procedures to monitor & control system performance. 17 USMC ESS IPT Overview USMC ESS provides Installation Commanders and Security staff with 24/7 persistent situational awareness of the Physical Security posture of a given Installation. The IPT provides Intrusion Detection Systems and Automated Access Control Systems for high value assets, facilities, and National Security related items/areas. Provide Early Warning Detection and Closed Circuit Television to high threat areas. Provides Mass Notification Systems to protect lives of installation occupants by indicating the existence of an emergency situation and instructing people of the necessary response and action. SSC Atlantic Role: SSC Atlantic acts as the Technical Service Agency, Execution Activity and ISEA providing System of Systems Engineering, IA readiness, Sustainment, Operations, and Life Cycle Logistics and Management Support for the USMC deployed systems Provide System of Systems Engineering, Integration and Technical Operations Management Support Provide incremental Technical Refresh of systems and equipment upgrades Provide end users and Security Staff Introductory Training during Installation/SOVT Provide in depth training on all systems to alarm control center staff to include new Marines, GOV, and contracted support Provide 24x7 Help Desk Support Projects: Lifecycle Engineering Support of all deployed USMC ESS equipment, world-wide. Multiple installations of IDS, AACS, CCTV, and MNS systems across the USMC enterprise. Design, Installation, and Integration of SCADA and CCTV systems in new MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, Brig. System wide upgrade to AACS/IDS. New design uses virtualized systems and zero clients. 17
18 PJSA IPT Overview PJSA provides Lifecycle Systems Engineering services including Requirements, Design, Procurement, Integration, Installation, Operations, Sustainment, Training, and Proof of Concept/Technology Advancement of electronic security systems to enhance force protection and emergency services that protect National/Federal/DoD leadership, infrastructure, high visibility targets, personnel and their families. PJSA provides design, integration and deployment services for critical communications on the move platforms/systems for the Presidential motorcade. PJSA provides Subject Matter Expertise services to support coordination and influence for Electronic Security System architecture, standards for technical design/implementation, cybersecurity, and systems integration of Physical Security Equipment to be used within DoD. SSC Atlantic Role: Projects: SSC Atlantic serves as turnkey solution provider for Federal Child Youth Program (CNIC / USAF) sponsors protecting the highest level of national assets and White House Complex ESS personnel within the Executive Branch, Intelligence Community, and White House Communications Agency DoD.
