7 Restroom Utilization Restroom utilization measurement is recommended using Motion sensors in each stall By monitoring movement in each stall, decision on service needs may be extracted as well as utilization The modeling of a restroom with multiple stalls allows to deeper understand the utilization and when cleaning is required without extensive cost of installation and maintenance 7

8 Comfort Comfort is about making people feel good and efficient with the environment at work. Several reports conclude that comfortability is directly related to work performance and is therefore very interesting to monitor. Yanzi defines comfort using a number of parameters such as temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, CO2, VOC, ambient light, and ambient noise. 8
