The receptionist greets the public, answers phone calls, and takes messages. Function: To provide a space for archives and storing project files. Adjacencies: Should be easily accessible to the Customer Services Representatives. Must have a minimum of 7,200 filing inches. Must provide a counter top space or pull out filing shelf for viewing of the files. High density filing is an option- floor may need to be reinforced. Should be fire rated. SPRINKLER ROOM Square Footage: square feet. Function: Houses the fire prevention system Adjacencies: Must be located along a northeast exterior wall and close to the electrical room.
