This three-day administrator training course is designed for individuals who are responsible for the overall administration and workflow design in ADD.

Formal training ensures that all the available features in ADD are fully leveraged and that individuals who are certified are able to effectively work in the application. This three-day administrator training course is designed for individuals who are responsible for the overall administration and workflow design in ADD. The course provides comprehensive training on the administrative and end-user functionalities available in ADD. The following table provides topics and allocated times for each of the training modules included in the ADD Administrator course. This two-day administrator training course is designed for individuals who are responsible for the overall administration and workflow design in Eclipse. The course provides comprehensive training on the administrative and end-user functionalities available in Eclipse. Ipro highly recommends our course offerings, however you organization can also take advantage of this modular approach by building a custom training course pertinent to your organization s particular needs. Online At Ipro we understand training is most powerful when completed in person, but we also realize it is not always possible. In addition to the ability to customize your organization s training, the modular approach allows Ipro to offer training online. This provides a convenient way to learn our applications without the need to make travel arrangements or schedule large blocks of time. WebEx sessions are provided in two-hour blocks for this reason. Scheduling a Course can be scheduled at Ipro s Corporate Office in Phoenix, Arizona, on-site at a client s location, or as an online training via WebEx. Ipro typically schedules our most popular courses multiple times a year at our Corporate Office in Phoenix and are made available to our clients at no charge.
