1 Preparating data files for printing Requirements for the preparation of print files General information: Files name: We recommend to write the print size in millimeters in the file name (for example, fail_name1_1000x6000.tif). Also, only the Latin alphabet should be used in the name (Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian letters, etc. should not be used). File colour management: The content of files should be only in CMYK colour space. Files should have the incoming colour profile. According to the digital printing standards adopted by European Union we recommend to download and use this colour profile ISOcoated_v2_eci.icc. Therefore, we recommend to use the same colour profile for design creation software operational environments. The scales of submitted files: 1:1; 1:2; 1:10 (files of other scales are not accepted). 1. Large-Format Printing Minimum quality stamped font size cannot be smaller than 20 pt (3,7 mm) Each file should have only one page. Requirements for TIFF files format: 4 channels (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) without additional alpha-channels ( channels ) and without paths all file elements should be on the same layer the file should have an incoming colour profile Black colour formation: There should be - C70% M60% Y60% K100% The resolution which the raster files use (dpi) according to the application (scale 1:1):

Only CMYK colour space is used for all the components of the vector graphics. All fonts should be "skewed". All file objects should be grouped into a single object. Raster graphics, which is used for file, should be prepared in accordance with the requirements described above for raster graphic. It is important to note, that all raster graphic elements which are on the file should have the same incoming colour profile). File press area should be marked by a continuous outer frame ( crop marks inadequate method). Black colour formation: There should be - C70% M60% Y60% K100% Other file formats (e.g. AI, PSD, EPS): Other file formats not listed in the preceding paragraphs are not directly suitable for digital printing. Their conversion into suitable formats is not always able to ensure file data completeness, integrity and adequacy. All preparation works of such files, i.e. converting to compatible formats, can be carried out for an additional fee applying the liability limits listed below with the consent of the customer. Requirements for files which are intended for contouring cutting and constructive production: Three files should be submitted: 1. The press file (requirements are described above) At least 5 mm overlaps should be left at the perimeter of the trimming contour, the distance between the trimming contour and the important design elements should not be less than 10 mm. 2. The constructive file (submitted in EPS, PDF, CDR, AI, DXF formats) the contoured trimming line and if necessary other constructive lines (e. g. a fold line, a v-cut line, punching line, etc.). Note: only vector graphics elements without any additional information (e. g. size, data, and so on) should conclude the content of the constructive file. The line of contouring trimming should- be submitted in one curve. Construction lines are neatly grouped or are placed in a layer according to their purpose.

The model is accepted with overlaps bleed 5 mm for trimming, therefore bleedbox and trimbox places should be set in DF/X-1a file and crop marks should be put (how to do it correctly see. Fig.1). the texts and other information should be placed not closer than 5 mm from the edge of the page (trimbox).

4 Multi-page production Only pdf files are accepted. We recommend to submit pages of multiple page publications in one file. One PDF page should correspond to one page of the publication of the publication pages. Blank pages that comply with the model by a numbering system should be included in the files which are prepared for print. The texts and other information should be placed not closer than 10 mm from the fold line. We recommend to make small texts and barcodes vectorial and monochrome (100% of one colour). Other requirements for small-format printing pdf files are described above. Requirements for small-format printing files which are intended for contour cutting and constructive production: Three files should be submitted: 1.
