Please refer to the electronic version of the MP2TSME User s Manual that is installed with the MP2TSME v8.0 software update for the complete documentation of all features. 2 Transport: * Corrected bit rate calculations * Optimized rate estimator * Corrected issue of Transport Buffer (TB) protection adjustment incorrectly dropped when maximum rate is used Video: * Corrected length in AVC descriptors * Improved video buffer model * Improved video rate estimation at ends * Corrected interlace underflow with AVC video * Corrected false VBV size warning when multiplexing MPEG-1 video * Improved AVC rate change support Audio: + Specify audio rate in configuration file * Improved chunk parsing for DTS-HD audio streams * Corrected EAC-3 auto descriptor generation for DVB streams * Corrected AAC audio processing * Improved overhead computation for DTS audio * Corrected buffer underflow on non-x11 DTS audio stream * Corrected DTS-HD decoder model being off by the DTS skip frame count Transport Parameters: * Output category + MuxMode: Sets the mode to be used in creating the output stream * Transport category * PktSize: Specifies the length in bytes in the output stream (moved from the Output category) * Auto Descriptors category + New descriptors: EAC-3, AVC_Timing_HRD, HEVC, and HEVC_Timing_HRD + AutoDescrLegacyDTS: Prevents the addition of DTS-HD descriptors when generating streams for systems that do not support the DTS-HD descriptors * Start: Specifies the video timecode at which the video stream should begin in the output stream (moved from the Output category) * End: Specifies the video timecode which determines the end of the transport stream (moved from the Output category) * Duration: Specifies the duration or length in time of the output transport stream (moved from the Output category) * Leader: Specifies the length of a leader before the start of elementary stream data (moved from the Output category) * StopOnAV: Sets the duration to either shortest or longest audio/video (used to be an option for the Duration parameter) * DisablePCRDI: Determines if the discontinuity_indicator is set in the first packet carrying a PCR (moved from the Output category) + VBR Fifo Size: Sets the variable bit rate FIFO size - 2 -
