1 Client: Wilmot Mountain Project: Inventory & Date Based Lesson Module Date: February 5, 2016 Online Lesson/Ticket Sales Module Epop Studio will add a module to the Wilmot Mountain Sales site that allows users to pre-purchase lessons for a specific day in advance online. This module can also be used for individual tickets, lesson programs, special event (ex Mountain Bike race, event party, etc). The module is inventory based by day and time allowing the resort to control number of tickets/lessons available. This module is currently in use at Winterplace, you can review it at: Wilmot Mountain will receive the most current update, with up to 10 different product categories, new admin backend, discount/coupon codes, new reporting module and custom fields. How it Works The user will view a calendar, each day will show what type of lessons/tickets are available, and how many are remaining. At the top of the page is introduction copy, you can edit this putting in how it works, rules, etc. See Screenshot 1 Each lesson time is a link, when the user clicks that link they are taken to the next step. On this page the user selects how many lessons they want for that day (they can only select based on how many are remaining). See Screenshot 2 Based on how many tickets the user selected they will be taken to the next page to enter first and last name of each person. At the time the user can also select add-ons. These can be items such as rental, lesson, tubing, etc. The resort has the ability to add these as needed. When the user selects any of these items, their total is automatically updated. We also add the custom fields you require such as shoe size, height, weight, etc. See Screenshot 3 On the next page the user will review the order, have the option to make any changes, continue shopping and add another day, or proceed to enter credit card information to complete the order. 42 E. 2 Once order is placed and credit card approved, the user then receives an confirmation along with the vouchers to present at the ticket widow. See Screenshot 4 Resort Backend A content management system will be added allowing you to edit all the pages, add lessons/tickets and view the order manifest. The pages added will be: Footer allows you to put your text at the bottom of the the customer receives. This may include rules, where to pick-up, hours, etc. Intro Text text that appears at the top of the calendar, the first page of the module Step 2, 3, 4 Text this is the copy that is at the top of each of the 4 steps. Lessons/Tickets This section allows you to create the ticket types, date ranges, quantity available and add-on options. See Screenshot 5, 6, 7 Tickets Manifest Allows you to pull and print a report by date range of who is coming when. This can be used at the ticket window to mark off as each guest claims their tickets. See Screenshot 8 & 9-2 -

7 Hosting This will require an SSL. We recommend same set-up we did for Afton and Brighton. We will get the domain WilmotMountainSales.com and handle hosting. That allows us to keep the server up to date and follow all PCI issues. Domain Registration $25 per year 1 Year hosting with SSL $350 Note Afton and Brighton both use Authorize.net, we recommend Wilmot also use them, this module will connect to their account to process credit cards and deposit money into Wilmot account

Alterations or modifications requested that are not detailed in the above proposal will be billed in addition to the above total estimated project budget.
