3 General Description The IBSP service includes an online internet banking function, called "BackOffice"; BO, where all registered customers get a free private Euro account and registered corporations get a free corporate Euro account which can be used as salary account and business accounts. Each user can manage the accounts direct from the internet or from a smart mobile phone. IBSP uses SEB (a Swedish bank) and HSBC (a Hong Kong based bank) for all transactions. Our central servers have automatic communication with the "Swedish bankgiro centralen" for all out and in coming transfers. If the customer has registered as sales agent the sale commission is automatically deposited to his private Euro account, and corporations can make business and pay and get paid using the corporate Euro account. Transfers between different BO accounts are free for private and corporate account holders. IBSP only charge the users when money leaves the IBSP BackOffice system. Each user can follow all the account movements for every transfer and make payment and transfers to internal BO users or any other international bank account by a SWIFT transfer. Each external transfer out from the BO system is charged depending on the bank fee and IBSP will charge 2.5% of the transfer amount when the money leaves the BO system. The user can make transfer templates and decide when a transfer or payment shall take place. The users settings shall be completed with personal data and passport copy uploaded to the BO. If the user has purchased a business package called "My Business" they can use the BO as a white branded salary system for their staff or organization The BO internet bank function can be used by any corporation as an internet based salary solution even if no other service is used from the IBSP platform. The user of each BO receive an OCR number which is very important to use as payment reference for our central servers to be able to locate the BO users accounts when an incoming payment is received from the bank. Login to the Internet Banking Users can reach the BackOffice function after the general login as a customer or a corporate user. From the start menu after login the user can access the different services by clicking the link to the BackOffice. Login to the BackOffice is protected with SSL encryption and for high secure users the software "IBSP Secure". 4 Start menu In this menu the user can follow the different transactions on the account, see the latest transactions and latest login dates. Account overview A detailed account overview with the current balance is shown. Latest Transactions The latest transactions are listed on this page for fast information. Deposit money Users can direct access the deposit money function from this start page. Latest logins Latest login dates are listed on this page. 5 Account Menu Account list, A detailed list of all transactions can be listed between different dates and printed. Creation of new IBSP accounts New accounts in SEK, (USD or EUR) can be created with unique names for different use as the user decides. Transfer Menu Pending transfers The user can arrange payment or transfers for future dates, these transfers not yet completed are listed here. 6 Bank templates Users can make transfer templates for several international banks with Swift data for later use. Deposit Money/ Vouchers to your account If the user needs to use the BackOffice account for payments, transfers or fees it is possible to top up the account from a credit card with online payments or from vouchers. Create new transfer Users can make transfers to any other BO account or any international bank by filling the form or using the transfer template to create a new transfer. Normal international transfers will be done in 3-4 working bank days. Swedish transfer with SEK is done in 1 working day. Internal transfers between BO accounts are immediate. 7 Settings Menu Main Settings of the account In the settings menu the user enters their preferred language, name, address, default currency and country of residence. Manage accounts The user can add accounts and change the names on each account. Mobile Banking The user can reach his mobile banking functions from this menu. Merchant Settings The user can reach his merchant settings from this menu. Connected Services Each user can connect different services to the BO, such as the web shop for a sales agent so his sales commission will be paid to this BO. It is also possible to connect a business account to the BO. The BO can also be connected to any other payment portal for online payment as for example Pay Pal. 8 Mobile Banking Menu Mobile activation. Mobile users can activate one mobile phone number to the mobile banking platform for more information how to use these functions, refer to Mobile banking users guide. Loan Menu Apply for loan Users can apply for loans from the application form available for download. Loan accounts Account information for the users loans are available here. Upgrade Menu Additional Information Each account holder enters their address and name here. The account holder needs to adjust their address information if they move to a new address.

If wrong data is found the BO will be blocked by the IBSP admin and the user cannot make transfers.

Passport copy A scanned picture of the first passport page shall be uploaded here, the IBSP admin make random tests if the picture is correct with visible picture and correct data. If wrong data is found the BO will be blocked by the IBSP admin and the user cannot make transfers. Corporate Users Salary Platform For corporate users the BO has a white branded salary function to manage payments of salaries to employees. The employer can enter his own logotype on this BO. Information The employer can send an invitation to an employee to register their salary account at the BO. Upcoming payments The employer can prepare the payments from his BO account to the different employees BO accounts for a certain transfer date.

Employees The list of all employees is found here, invitations for new employees can be done here also. Manage Payouts From this function the employer can; manage the salary payments, add the salary amount, to whom it will be paid, and on what date. Merchant Platform Each user can get paid from customers using the Merchant platform to follow the payments in shops from mobile phones or payment terminals. Merchant settings The user can connect the merchant account to his mobile phone number which is used as a merchant payment reference.
