2 Overview: This document outlines the functionality and on-line deliverables that constitute the online redemption process for participation in the Panasonic microwave promotion. Scenario: User loads the redemption landing page as instructed by POS or associated material. Primary option is to go to page to make a selection of tupperware. Secondary options to review T&C s, privacy, FAQs and to follow up on order. On product page, user is presented with 4x promoted, primary choices (Quick Picks) OR link to browse other products. Catalogue of other products divided into categories as per Tupperware Catalogue, presenting a page of thumbnails from which to choose items in addition to quick picks. Product drill-down to include larger picture option, possibly individual record page. User makes selection and completes form containing personal details User presented with Thank You page, instructing them to print this page with the order details Simultaneously, user sent with order details and link to web page that will show the status of their order. Fulfilment team generates reports and sorts via database access to back end. Panasonic Call Centre has login to search for a registration and report on status - read only. Panasonic receives spreadsheet reports issued weekly for registrations tracking and product ordering requirements.

Promotional Copy on Microwaves and Promo Images of Microwaves and Tupperware as per POS materials and display Instructional Copy Footer or otherwise integrated global links for administration. If they select more they get a bigger record of the product, containing a larger picture, and a more complete detailed description of the product. v3 - remove...more link and on mouse over of thumbnail or text, larger imaged appears with name, description and model number at end, as small pop up, not page. 17 3.0 Fulfilment Management - Workflow and Reporting Fulfilment House will design as required. Key Deliverables Record Management: Registrations management and editing Product management and editing Reporting: Order List: Weekly list of validated orders BY PRODUCT to order from Tupperware Pick List: Weekly list of validated orders BY CUSTOMER to allocate product received via order list. Registrations: cumulative report on all registrations, including order details and status These pages managed directly by fulfilment house. They will use the most economical technology to provide reporting and editing capability, and work directly via the database. Need to report on: Registrations by date range and status Products selected totals by date range Need to edit: Product Records User Registration Records Need to advance through workflow: 1. Order Placed 2. Validated OR Pending (either or choice) 3. Order Dispatched v.3 Budget Report = Running total of products ordered by model number + by validated claims and $ value, and by un-validated claims and $value. With grand totals at baseline. ALL Reports should contain complete user records, all fields, excluding some control fields. Report Deliverables for Adrenalin ed CSV reports, sent by chron scripts that run at 7 day intervals, or similar. Weekly Product Order List: - New products validated that week for order. - Full product record, including CST - Not cumulative, just for that week. Registrations List - cumulative report on all registrations. - Includes all fields, including current status 17 of 22

18 3.0 Fulfilment Management - Product Management Fulfilment House will design as required. These pages managed directly by fulfilment house. They will use the most economical technology to provide reporting and editing capability, and work directly via the database. Need to: Edit Product Record fields - edit - delete - new - save Mark: locked - product shows Sold Out on user front end. Mark Featured - product becomes record for quick pick - product may still be displayed in category sorts - images remain part of record, but custom feature image on quick picks page will provide alternative display. NOTE: Must define method of carrying variable if we use flash. Image map may be better alternative. 18 of 22

Tupperware Dispatched Once the validated orders have been ordered, picked and packed, records are marked completed as DISPATCHED Constituents of a Model For reporting, some of the products, especially Quick Picks, may contain several other products as elements, or constituents.
