2 Sign on Screen From the main screen, please register an account first before submits any complaint or inquiry. Click on Click here link to start register an account. Registration new user account is only for end user. For PROTON Dealer & Distributors, please login using your current Partner Login ID.

3 Register Form (End User) Complete fill up the registration form and make sure to key-in the entire mandatory field. Click on Submit button to submit your registration form. Once the registration process complete, you will be direct to a welcome page. Click Home link at the top of page to navigate home screen menu.

4 Home Menu Screen From the home screen menu, system will show you the list of complaint/inquiry status that you have submitted. You can filter them by selection on Status, Category and Issue No. At the Home Menu, you can send Complaint, General Inquiry, Suggestion and Survey Form. This will explain detail later. You can edit your current account profile by click on Edit Profile. Click on Submit button to submit your new profile.

5 Send Complaint / General Inquiry From the complaint screen, please select Complaint Category. It will consist of ( Catalogue Related, Stock Availability, Warehouse Related, Pricing Related, Quality and Claim, Website Related, Administration and Others ) Write down your complaint on Complaint Details field. Word must be less than 300 characters. Please insert any specific complaint detail info like part number, car model, chassis number or others info if you have one. You can also insert any attach file like a photo into your complaint message. Click Submit button to send your complaint. *note : For PROTON Dealers & Distributors, you can send your copy of complaint to other same dealer code by tick on CC to All. Otherwise, tick on any of the address list to specified people that will receive your complaint copy. System will automatically send a notification to that selected people address.

6 Send Suggestion Just write down your suggestion at the field provided and word must be less than 300 characters. You can change your default reference address to other address that you have. By default system will used your current registered . Click on Submit button to send your suggestion. System will automatically send a notification to Administrator team about your complaint.

7 Complaint & Inquiry Response Screen Once you have send your complaint/inquiry, all of them will be listed as per image above. Each complaint/inquiry will have one Issue No as for reference. By default, system will only list down all complaint/inquiry with the Incomplete status. You can filter the list by select other status or category selection provided or by specific Issue No. Click on Filter button once you have made the selection createrria. The status of new incoming complaint/inquiry by default will be In-Progress status. Once it reached more than 5 working days without close that issue, the status will be automatically turn to Pending. You will see the numbers of respond of your complaint/inquiry at the Respond column. Click on Detail link to view the complaint/inquiry respond detail. A popup message window will slide down from the top of page. See next image for details.

8 The popup message will shows the detail of the complaint/inquiry. Click on Detail link top of the popup message window to view the other additional info for the complaint/inquiry. Click Hide link to hide the additional info detail.

9 Type your feeback message at the message field provided. Your message word must be less than 300 characters. You can also attach any file like a photo into you message if you have one. Just browse the file from your local PC directory. Click on Send button to send your feedback message. Once you have send the message, a notification will be send to System Administrator. Click Close X link to close the popup message window.

10 Survey Form At the survey form screen, please tick your rating value for each of the question based on the ratings reference provided. Questions are grouping into different category and you must give rating for all the question available. Click Submit button to submit that survey.
