6 Compliance Hub Overview Users can create, implement and manage a company-wide compliance program quickly and easily. Users can create a Compliance Dashboard for each requirement included in their program. They can also edit, delete, or add a new dashboard. 7 Dashboard features Compliance Dashboard When selected, each Compliance Dashboard provides users with a detailed overview of any requirements that are out of compliance. This includes detailed comments for each requirement that has not been met. File Uploader Allows the user to upload files of any format directly inside a specific Dashboard. Files can then be viewed and securely shared with others. X = non-compliant = compliant - 7 -

8 Dashboard features Deadline Tracker Allows user to enter deadlines for one or more compliance requirements. This results in a series of alerts based on notification parameters (15, 30, 45 or 90 days prior to deadline). Updates for deadline information can be made, resulting in revised alerts. X = non-compliant = compliant Compliance Analyzer Allows users to review compliance information. When an item is out of compliance, user checks non-compliant items and clicks the save button. Once saved, users can review their analysis for accuracy and add additional comments before sending alerts. Prior analysis can be updated, edited and resent. X = non-compliant = compliant - 8 -

9 Dashboard features Comments Tab Allows designated users to enter new comments that automatically generate alerts to all designated recipients. Comments can be edited and deleted within this tab.
