2 A1 Login via ICTI CARE Website 通过 ICTI 关爱网站登录 1 Internet link: 互联网链接 : 2. Users and Parent Company Creation. To complete the application, the system will request for the setting up of 2 users for the factory: one factory manager, one backup user and one user for the parent company. If there is no parent company, the same factory contact details can be inserted into the parent company section. The parent company user can be the same as the factory manager or backup user. 用户和母公司创建 为完成申请, 系统将要求设置 2 位工厂用户, 包括一位工厂经理和一位后备用户, 另外还需要设置一位母公司用户 如果没有母公司, 则可以在母公司部分输入相同的工厂联系信息 母公司用户可以与工厂经理或后备用户相同 1. Need to fill in all the (*) mandatory field. 所有带 (*) 的字段均为必填项 2. The system caters for the creation of 3 users, 1 parent company user and 2 factory users. If a factory does not want to create 3 different users, it can fill in the same contact details into the different user fields except for the address. A different address must be supplied for each of the 3 user contacts even if they are intended to be the same person. 系统允许创建 3 个用户, 包括 1 个母公司用户和 2 个工厂用户 如果工厂不希望创建 3 个不同的用户, 则可以在不同的用户字段内填写相同的联络信息, 但电子邮件地址除外 3 个用户的联络信息中必须提供不同的电子邮件地址, 即使这些用户将由相同的人士使用 Page 2 of 11 第 2 页, 共 11 页

3 A2 Completing the Application Form 填写申请表 1 Complete all the fields until reaching the bottom of the application form 填写所有字段, 直至到达申请表底部 2. Two options available: i) Create the application form; ii) Submit the application form 提供两个选项 :i) 创建申请表 ;ii) 提交申请表 3. Create the application form if some of the fields (other than mandatory fields) cannot be completed due to unavailable information. Factory users can return to complete the outstanding information at a later stage. 如果由于相关资料不可用, 无法填写某些字段 ( 除必填项以外 ), 则创建申请表 工厂用户可以在稍后阶段再重新填写尚未填写的资料 4. Submit the application form if all the fields in the application can be filled in. 如果申请表中所有字段均可填写, 则提交申请表 1. 6 A5 Receive User ID and Password 接收用户 ID 和密码 1 Click the link to access Enablon 点击链接访问 Enablon 1. Enablon will give the address of the registered user as an initial login. The user can change the login and password once the application process is fully completed i.e. registration fee paid. 8 A7 Complete Factory Application Form 填写工厂申请表 1 Click the Edit mode to fill in remain parts of the application form. 点击 以编辑模式填写申请表的剩余部分 1. When a factory accesses the Enablon system for the first time, if the factory application form has not been fully completed, it is required to complete the application form first. 当工厂首次访问 Enablon 系统时, 如果工厂申请表尚未完整填写, 则需要首先填写申请表 2. Before the application form is fully completed and submitted to ICP, the factory has not yet completed its registration into ICP. 在申请表完整填写并提交给 ICP 之前, 工厂尚未完成其在 ICP 中的注册 Page 8 of 11 第 8 页, 共 11 页

9 A7 Complete Factory Application Form 填写工厂申请表 1 Fill in all the fields until reaching the bottom of the form. 填写所有字段, 直至到达申请表底部 2 Click the Submit button to submit application to ICTI. 点击 提交 按钮将申请提交给 ICTI 1.
