3 Instructions 1. All students who wish to apply for Against CAP Vacancy to V.E.S.I.T. have to register online and fill the online application form. 2. An application fee of `1770 (` % GST) is to be paid online after registration to proceed with the Application Form. 3. `100 to be paid by cash in the institute at the time of Registration and Document Verification. 4. Candidate's physical presence is MANDATORY at the time of Registration and Document Verification. 5. Timing for Form Activation and Online Submission from 12th July, 2017 to 20th July, Timing for Document Verification and Registration to the institute is from 13th July, 2017 to 22nd July, 2017, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays, strictly between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 7. Passport Size Photographs along with Original Documents as well as attested copies of the same documents to be carried for verification. 8. Kindly register only using Gmail Accounts for hassle free notifications and updates. 9. Kindly check SPAM / JUNK folder if mail not received in the Inbox. 10. Kindly keep SCANNED copy of passport size photographs and signature in jpeg format ready for uploading. 11. Kindly make a SINGLE PDF Document with all scanned copies of the mark-sheets and certificates ready for uploading. 12. All fields marked with * in the form are compulsory. 13. In case the original documents are submitted at any other institute, retention certificate from the respective institute is compulsory, duly signed by the Head of the Institute. 4 Procedure Step 1: 1. Log on to V.E.S.I.T. Admission Portal and click on the link for Master of Computer Applications Against CAP Vacancy under Postgraduate Course menu. Step 2: 1. 5 Step 3: Registration Form 1. Fill in the fields for Registration (Note: All fields are compulsory). 2. Kindly use a valid Gmail ID for registration. 3. 6 Step 4: with Instructions and Activation Link 1. Read the instructions in the mail carefully. 2. Click on the link to activate the registered account. 3. On clicking on the activation link, you will be redirected to the login page. Step 5: Login Form 1. Login with the registered Username and Password and proceed to Online Application Fee Payment. 2. 7 Step 6: ICICI Payment Gateway 1. Online payment is provided through ICICI Payment Gateway. 2. Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT / RTGS, DD/Cheque. 3. In case of NEFT/RTGS or DD/Cheque, Challan will be generated and will have to be deposited in your nearest ICICI Bank. 4. In case of Payment made by NEFT/RTGS or DD/Cheque, Application Form will be accessible only after realisation of payment in the Institute s account. 5. In case of Payment made by NEFT/RTGS or DD/Cheque, Application Form along with Fee Receipt from Bank to be carried at the time of Document Verification. 6. In case of Payment made by NEFT/RTGS or DD/Cheque, student will be notified regarding payment realization on registered ID. 7. `1770 (` % GST) online payment to be done against Application Fee. 10 Step 7: Application Form 1. On successful payment, student will be redirected to the application form. 2. Student can view the Payment History under Accounts menu on the right. 3. Click on the Application Form menu to fill the complete form. 4. All fields marked with * in the form are compulsory. 5. Form once submitted cannot be undone. 6. After submitting the form the student has to report to the institute with Original Documents and print out of the form for Registration and Verification of Documents. 7. `100 to be paid in cash at the time of Verification at the institute. 8. Kindly follow the schedule for Document Verification for Against CAP Vacancy. 9. Kindly click Save & Proceed to save the details entered and proceed to the next form at the end of every form. 12 Step 9: Personal Details 1. Kindly fill the personal details as registered with D.T.E. Step 10: Parent / Guardian Details 1. Kindly fill the personal details as registered with D.T.E. 2. 14 Step 11: Academic Details 1. Kindly fill the academic details as registered with D.T.E. 2. Marks w.r.t to SSC Mathematics, SSC Science and SSC English to be entered out of 100. MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS AGAINST CAP VACANCY 12

15 Step 12: List of Documents 1. Choose Yes, if submitting the Xerox copy of the document. 2. Choose No, if not submitting the Xerox copy of the document. Step 13: Upload Document 1. Scan all mark-sheets and certificates in one single PDF document for upload of file size 15KB minimum to 1024KB [1MB] maximum. (Refer Annexure for Document to be scanned). 2. Name the document file as <D.T.E. Application ID>_<Name>.pdf. 3. Recent passport size photograph taken against a light/white background of file size 15KB minimum to 50KB maximum. 4. Name the passport size image file as <D.T.E. Application ID>_<Name>_PHOTO.jpeg 5. Recent signature as registered with D.T.E., against a light/white background of file size 15KB minimum to 50KB maximum. 6. Name the signature image file as <D.T.E. Application ID>_<Name>_SIGN.jpeg. 17 Step 15: Print Form 1. Print the form and report to the institute for verification from 13th July, 2017 to 22nd July, 2017, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays, strictly between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM 2. `100 to be paid in cash in the Institute at the time of Verification of Documents. 3.
