3 A. / Register for New Account 1) First go to Registry s website 2) Click on the Direct Admission Online Application link. 2

4 3) Click the icon Application System. 3

5 4) Read carefully the General Instructions and Important Information for Online Application on the main page; 5) And then click New User Registration. 4

6 6) Read the Important Notes carefully; 7) And then click I hereby declare that I have carefully read and agreed the above Personal Data Collection Statement. 5

7 8) / / Input Name (in capital letters and must be the same as shown on ID card or passport and do not type any punctuation marks), ID/Passport No., Mobile No., Address and Address Confirm ; 9) ( ) Make sure your admission channel is Bachelor (By Direct Admission) ; 10) Finally click Submit. 6

8 11) Confirmation and SMS message with Login No. and Password will then be sent to your registered address and mobile number. 7

9 B. / Complete and Submit the Application Form 1) After receiving the confirmation and SMS message with Login No. and Password, applicants can go to the Direct Admission Online Application Website, and then click Login for Registered User. 8

10 2) Input Login No. and Password ; 3) And then click Login. 9

11 4) * Applicants should follow instruction to fill in his/her personal information, including Name in Chinese, Gender, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, ID Type, Place of Issue, Parents name in English and Chinese, Postal Address, Tel. No. and Mobile No.. *indicates required field; 5) After filling in the personal information, click Next Page. 10

12 6) 2 1 Fill in choice of programmes (maximum 2 programmes and minimum 1 programme must be filled). You must consider carefully when filing in the above choices of programme. After the application fee has been settled, no further revision or change of programme choice can be accepted; 7) Click Next Page. 11

13 8) Click Choose a secondary school to fill in your latest secondary school information. 12

14 9) Select your secondary school by searching with Country or Country with keywords of your secondary School Name 13

15 10) If you cannot find your secondary school in the list, please input the country and name of your secondary school in this section and press Confirm. 14

16 11) Then input latest secondary education background, including Current Secondary School graduate, Period of Attendance, Study Mode, Level of Secondary Study, Medium of Instruction and UM Student No. (if applicable); 12) Click Next Page. 15

17 13) 3 Fill in the post-secondary education in chronological order (starting from the latest and a maximum of 3 post-secondary educations can be filled in); 14) ( ) Fill in the IELTS or TOFEL result (if there is any); 15) Click Next Page. 16

18 16) Please fill in the working experience in chronological order (starting from the latest); 17) Then click Next Page. 17

19 18) / / Upload ID/Passport copy, Photo, Transcript(s) and Graduation certificate(s)/testimonial(s) (Press the Upload button to proceed); 19) Click Next Page. 18

20 20) Please make sure that all the information filled in is correct in the Confirmation page, then press Confirm ; 21) Press Previous Page to go back to the previous section, if applicants need to revise any of the information. 19

21 22) Attention: No further revision or change of programme choice can be accepted after the application fee has been settled. 20

22 23) Applicants will receive an to confirm that the online application has been submitted. Applicants MUST settle the application fee of MOP300 before the application deadline as to complete the online application. 21

23 C. / Payment Methods of Application Fee 1) / On-line credit card payment: On-line credit card payment: The application fee could be paid by credit card. Just press the Pay by Credit card button and fill in relevant information, the transaction will then be completed; * admission@um.edu.mo (853) (AP-B9-XXXX-X) * Important Notice: Applicants can only settle the application fee by on-line credit card payment. If you cannot settle the fee by on-line credit card, please contact Registry by at admission@um.edu.mo or by phone at (853) No further revision or change of programme choice can be accepted after the application fee has been settled. Duplicated or excessive payment will not be refunded. Applicants will be receiving an and SMS message with his/her assigned application number (AP-B9-XXXX-X) within 2 days after the payment of application fee. Your on-line application has been successfully completed now. 22

24 D. / Change or Update Information of the Application Form 1) Applicants can revise any information as well as programme choices before settling the application fee. No further revision or change of programme choice can be accepted after the application fee has been settled. 23

25 2) PDF You MUST press the Confirm button again to validate your updates, otherwise NO changes/revisions of application will be updated. Updated application information will be sent to applicants again (in PDF Formation) by END
