1 User Manual CST Re-imbursement This document details the existing application process flow that is in use by STPI for reimbursement of CST to STP Units. 10

3 1. Introduction This document explains, with screenshots, the step-by-step procedure for claiming the CST by STP Units. The application consists of two parts: Customer part which is accessed by the STP units to upload the documents and fill the details of the invoices for claiming CST. STPI part which allows STPI employee, with adequate access rights, to update the status of the submitted application. The updated status is viewable to the customer. 2. Customer Login 1. Login Screen 2. If the customer does not have a Username and Password, click on 'Get Username & Password. The following screen appears and customer needs to enter all details and click on Submit. 4 3. After clicking on Submit, an is sent to the Unit s registered id with the Username and Password to login. 4. Customer will go to the login screen using the URL provided by STPI and enter the Username and Password provided in the . Click on Sign in after entering the Username and Password STPI Page 3

5 5. After successful sign in the following screen appears 6. Click on CST-Claim icon, to apply for CST Reimbursement. A form appears for filling up following details: Financial Year, Quarter and the total CST amount that is to be claimed. For the first time, CST Registration number will have to be entered. By clicking on Save a row is added as per the screenshot given. STPI Page 4

6 Note: Customer can enter maximum of 4 entries per financial year corresponding to each quarter. The unit may submit it in one go or four times a year as per there convenience. 7. Click on Add link corresponding to the row added in previous step, as highlighted below. STPI Page 5

7 After entering all details and selecting scan copy of invoice customer click on Save button, data will save and populated as above screen shot. Further customer can Edit and Delete invoice details till status is Not completed and after changing of status customer (UNIT) can t Edit or Delete invoice details. Customer can add as many number of invoice in a quarter. 8. The following screen will appear to enter all the Invoice Details. Customer needs to enter all the details on this screen 9. A button has been provided to upload the related document for verification as highlighted in the screenshot below. STPI Page 6

8 Clicking on it will display the following screen where customer can upload documents 10. Customer can upload bulk scan invoice after clicking Upload on screen 1 at page no 5 Here unit can upload multiple scan invoices, each invoice name must be as invoice no. 11. All the related documents may be scanned in one PDF file and uploaded. The PDF uploaded here gets printed along with the application. Essential Documents to be uploaded in PDF are -CST Registration Certificate -C-Forms (Not in case of BPO Unit) -Invoices -CA Certificate -Undertaking -Bank Statement All the above documents must be certified/ signed accordingly. 12. After uploading the PDF, unit can take the printout of the complete application along with the PDF uploaded by them, and submit the hard copy to STPI. Click on Print link highlighted below to take the print. STPI Page 7

10 3. STPI Login 1. CST Menu link is provided in HRMS whoever has been assigned a role of it. 2. By clicking on CST REIMB, the list will be available centre wise (sub-centre cases also appear here) STPI Page 9

11 3. By clicking on the Name of Unit, the following form will appear for taking printout as notesheet for the application. Blank columns will be filled as Yes or No manually. Here officer can verify invoice no and approve or cancel invoice. Check all documents uploaded by customer (Unit) Update status of claim STPI Page 10

12 4. This notesheet is attached to the file and moved for further processing offline. STPI Page 11

13 5. Click on details to change the status of application. Updated status and remarks mentioned here will appear in the customer s login. 6. if a case is pending more than 2 day it will notify offices that CST Claim is pending with unit name and data at main page. STPI Page 12
