2 Overview What is the Rail Industry Worker Assessor System? The Rail Industry Worker Assessor System allows you to complete assessments on applicants by reviewing and approving the submitted assessment documents. On completion of the assessment, a RIW Applicant Competency Form is uploaded. The system provides a secure mechanism for you assess the submitted applications. 3 Rail Industry Worker Competency Management System Please follow this step-by-step guide to assess an assessment in the Rail Industry Worker Assessor System. Step 1 Once you have been selected to assess an application, an will be sent to you notifying you of the pending assessment. page 3

Step 2 Go to the Onsite Track Easy login page: https://secure.onsitetrackeasy.com.

5 Step 4 From the list of your pending assessments, select the assessment you wish to complete by selecting the person s name. Step 5 Review each submitted document by selecting Verify. page 5

6 Step 6 To verify each document you will be required to click on the PDF icon to view the submitted document. Once you have viewed the document, tick to approve or return the document. You will not be able to tick approve or return until you have viewed the document. If you are returning a document, you must provide a comment with the reason for return/actions required. page 6 Step 7 Once you have verified all of the required documents you will be required to complete and upload the RIW Applicant Competency Form. To upload the RIW Applicant Competency Form, select Verify Pass. The RIW Applicant Competency Form can be download in the assessor web from the documentation page. Access the documentation page by hovering over Help in the top menu. Note: Some assessments require endorsement after you have approved them, and in those cases the button will be Upload Pass. In this case, you will only have to upload the form, not verify it.

7 Step 8 To upload the RIW Applicant Competency Form, select Choose File. Select the completed file from your computer, enter the issue date, then select Upload. Step 9 If you are required to verify the RIW Applicant Competency Form that you have just uploaded, click on the PDF to download the document. page 7 Next agree to the declaration before selecting Verify.

8 Step 10 To complete the verification of the assessment, tick the declaration, then select Approve. When you have verified and approved the asssessor s statement of competency you will be returned to the main page where all the assessment files are listed so you can complete the endorsement. Step 11 Tick the declaration, then select Endorse. This will finalise the processing of assessments that require endorsement. An will be sent to the relevant contractor notifying them of the completed assessment. page 8

9 Frequently Asked Questions How do I get a username and password? A username and password will be supplied automatically when you are registered in the system as an assessor. What if I am having problems logging in? First check that you are entering your username and password exactly as specified in your login . The password is case sensitive.
