Introduction to Project 1.1) INTRODUCTION Electronic mail (also known as or ) is one of the most commonly used services on the Internet, allowing people to send messages to one or more recipients. was invented by Ray Tomlinson in The system is the network of computers handling electronic mail ( ) on the Internet. This system includes user machines running programs that compose, send, retrieve, and view messages, and agent machines that are part of the mail handling system. Like other complex systems, the system is best explained by looking separately at different perspectives, applying the principle of separation of concerns. system comprises of the following three components: Mailer,Mail Server,Mailbox

8 1.2) NEEDFOR COMPUTERIZATION 1) System will be globally access by everyone. 2) To provide 24*7 easy access from any ware. 3) Reduce the work of paper. 4) No loss of data as like paper based data. 5) Save time, money and paper. 6) Use of new technologies. 7) Use of computerization help in developing country. 8) The data save in computer is Quality Assurance. 9) The data in computer can be Adjust Dynamically 10) It is Cost effective.

9 Scope of the system working follows the client server approach. In this client is the mailer i.e. the mail application or mail program and server is a device that manages s. Following example will take you through the basic steps involved in sending and receiving s and will give you a better understanding of working of system: Suppose person A wants to send an message to person B. Person A composes the messages using a mailer program i.e. mail client and then select Send option. The message is routed to Simple Mail Transfer Protocol to person B s mail server.all documents are protected for unauthorized user with the help of password.

10 2. Proposed system The proposed system should have the following features. The transactions should take place in a secured format between various clients in the network. It provides flexibility to the user to transfer the data through the network very easily by compressing the large amount of file. It should also identify the user and provide the communication according to the prescribed level of security with transfer of the file requested and run the required process at the server if necessary. In this system the data will be send through the network as a audio file. The user who received the file will do the operations like de embedding, decryption, and decompress in their level of hierarchy etc.

11 2.1) OBJECTIVE OF SYSTEM 1. Our system is user friendly. 2. Proper messages are displayed. 3. Screens are quite simple & Easy to understand. 4. Our website are multiuser system. 5. Public relation: our website will help to increase the relation between the public. 6. Our website is simple and easy to understand. 7. Our website is easy to access to everyone. 8. In our website you can register online. 9. Our systems develop professional relationships that can help you throughout your career.

12 2.2) REQUIREMENT GATHERING Observation: Observation means to observe the working of existing system. To know there drawback and overcome them. We are going to observe the all the existing system and introduce a new system.there are many other fact finding technique like interview, questioners, and record view. But observation is best technique it is why because in questionary and interview the developer will not get pin details as well as all question may not be covered. Questionnaires:- 1) What are the drawbacks of the system? 2) Show process of old method of advertisement? 3) Purpose of the advertisement and the basic requirements? 4) Which are modern technical requirements and expectations? 5) What are your opinion about old advertisement and your satisfaction level?

13 Feasibility study Feasibility study is a process of evaluating the deciding factors to check whether proposed system is feasible or not. Feasibility study is the measure of a how beneficial or practical the development of an information system will be to an organization. The feasibility study is carried out in the following aspect. 1) Technical Feasibility 2) Operational Feasibility 3) Economic Feasibility 1) Technical Feasibility:- It is the measure of the practicality of a specific technical solution and the availability of the technical resources and expertise. The technical requirements of the system are Windows 10, Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. 2) Operational Feasibility:- It is measure how well a solution will work on every organization. It is also a measure of how people feel about system project. Industries among at office automation to achieve paperless concept, which are achieved through computerization which will cut down manual working of user. 3) Economic Feasibility:- It is a measure of the cost effectiveness of a project. This is often called a Cost Benefit Analysis. The software &hardware required for this system is easily available. No additional cost will be incurred. The system will also reduce lots of paper work, chances of error & provide consistent information. This will lead to better output & will save lots of money to prove its feasibility.

28 5.Conclusion 5.1) CONCLUSION This Web application is economical, technical & as well as operational feasible. Maintenance cost will occur in this system while updating this system. It is very user friendly. So that every user can handle it with easy. The Web application is developing such that it will not change the work flow of system, if some changes are suggested.
