1 UNDERSTANDING THE HOME PAGE Screen Element Description The channels that display are based on user access Tab where saved and scheduled reports are stored Report Tabs Top Frequently Asked Questions. Chronic OOS objectives use weekly syndicated data to address recurring distribution issues at retail as of September 1, 2010.

3 REPORTING BASICS Logging onto iqubed Type into the browser. 2. Click 3. Enter user log in information: a. User Name b. Password c. Domain Exporting a Report Once the report has been generated: the 2. Select the desired format 5. Click Running a Report New Item Speed to Shelf National 1. Select Client(s) Note: To multi-select clients, Hold down the ctrl key on your keyboard while clicking desired clients 7. Click Display List by Item Description: Products listed in alphabetical order UPC: Products listed in numerical order by UPC 8. Click to populate items 9. Select desired Items by placing a next to desired options 10. Click Note: The report view can be changed even after the report has been generated. Click on Select Report View to change the display and the report will automatically reflect the new format. The report will run in the background and will be delivered when available. Report Parameters Defined Name Last Audit Flag Question Type Question Flag Tier Group Coverage Team Region Date Range Response Type Description/Data Provided Select Yes to view the last answer provided from the handhelds for the set time period Select No to see all answers provided from the handhelds for the set time period AdHoc Void Distrib- forced voids Void Distrib- uses weekly Nielsen data to send out against potential no scan items Determines how frequently the objective was deployed to the handheld Ask Always Ask until valid Ask only once Tiers relate to weekly store $ volume. Volume amounts subject to change Tier 1 = $383M & up, Tier 2= $234M-$382 M, Tier 3 = $146-$233M, Tier 4 = <=$145M. The Acosta retail team that is calling on the store (Red, Blue, Green) Acosta defined regions (East, West, etc.) Select either a predefined date range or create a custom date range. Predefined ranges include: Current: week, month, quarter, year to date Prior: week, month, quarter, year Custom date range, select a start and end date Type of P3 objective deployed

4 Ad Saving Report Parameters Saving report parameters allows you to save report selections 1. Select the desired report tab 2. Under Actions, click next to the desired report 3. Type a Destination Name ADVANCED REPORTING Important callouts for Scheduling Reports Date Range: This determines the data displayed within the report. It is important to select the appropriate date range in conjunction with the desired schedule and distribution dates to ensure you are receiving the appropriate data. Note: The name of the report will populate in this field so be sure to rename in order to clearly identify what the report is providing. 4. Set prompts by clicking and selecting appropriate values 5. Click to save the prompts 6. Set schedule and distribution to 7. Click Note: The saved parameters will now be stored in the My Report tab. The parameters can be edited or deleted at any time. Scheduling a Report Scheduling a report allows you to designate reports to be delivered via for a specified timeframe 1. Select the desired report tab 2. Under Actions, click next to the desired report 3. Type a Destination Name Note: The name of the report will populate in this field so be sure to rename in order to clearly identify what the report is providing. 4. Set prompts by clicking and selecting appropriate values 5. Click to save the prompts 6. Set schedule and distribution a. Select delivery date Note: When choosing weekly, select day of week for report delivery. When selecting monthly, select date within month for delivery. b. Select schedule start and expiration dates c. Select report format d. Enter recipient address Important: When sending data to users outside Acosta, please be sure to only send data to which the user is legally entitled (i.e. Nielsen syndicated data/td Linx data) e. Enter a subject line and text into body of (optional) 7. Click Note: The scheduled report will now be stored in the My Report tab. The schedule can be edited or deleted at any time. Reports will be ed from AcostaReports@acosta.com at the designated frequency once the report is available. Schedule and Distribution: If you select to receive reports monthly and choose a date that does not exist with every month (i.e. choosing to receive reports on the 30 th of each month and February does not have 30 days), you will not receive the scheduled report until the next month that contains that date. Note: For monthly scheduled reports, it is recommended to choose the 1 st day of the month for schedule and distribution (delivery date) and prior month as the date range. Reports will only generate when the most current data becomes available AC Nielsen data is refreshed weekly on Wednesday evenings so a daily report schedule is not recommended Running a Saved Report 2. Click on the report name hyperlink 3. Click Note: This will open the report in an Excel document. To display the report on the screen 5. Click 6. Select Editing a Saved/Scheduled Report 2.
