3 BBC Cloud File Delivery 1. Features BBC Cloud Delivery allows Contributors can check the real-time status of their media delivery and follow its progress from submission to acceptance Users can re-submit content before notifying the CDO team of an erroneous package Fast file validation and acceptance Fast system generated messaging 2. Set up 2.1. New users If you have never sent a file to the BBC before, you will be on-boarded into the file delivery process. We will require you to send us some test content, named in a specific way. This process MUST be carried out at least 48 hours before the programme is due to deliver Call the CDO on Existing MediaShuttle users Please phone the CDO on a few days before you wish to deliver content to complete this process. Close to Transmission Programmes commissioned to deliver close to transmission will receive details at the time of commission. Any other programme that potentially will deliver after the commissioned delivery date for any reason, should contact their BBC co-ordinator as soon as possible, 3. Logging on Once set up, programme contributors access the Cloud portal using the agreed address. After login, sending a programme FOLDER is a simple as opening a document on your computer!
