1 OMR STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS Logon and Passwords are available for the 5 main chapter officers by calling your OMR representative. It is important to keep PF National up to date on chapter officer changes. Contact Carol Durtschi for your Logon/Password. If Carol is not available please ask for Debbie McJames.
2 Once logged in you will be brought to YOUR CHAPTER S Events List. Example is for CH0573 Most of you will find this page blank. Here you will add your new Event by clicking ADD AN EVENT button (in lower right corner).
3 The next 3 slides show what data to enter when Adding an Event. Required fields are: Optional fields are: Event Type (using drop down box) Date (calendar appears) Regular and Additional Meals (add 0 at this time) Event Description, Directions, Additional Notes
4 Event Type: This drop down box shows all of the event types a chapter can choose from. Date: Calendar box automatically appears when you move to the date box. Search the calendar for your date or type one in manually.
5 Regular Meal Price & Additonal Meal Price: Must enter 0. Contact ID: This box automatically defaults to the treasurer s identification number. IF YOU ARE NOT THE TREASURER, PLEASE INSERT YOUR OWN ID NUMBER.
6 Click on the correct Open Event Registration button to start registering members. Click on the View Roster button to view your members for the event. Click on the View Report button to view your Web Event Membership Report and to submit your event.
7 Each letter of the alphabet displays a last name of someone affiliated with your chapter Here Letter A was used as an example. List displays by Name & Company for both company and individual records. The column (far right) titled Current Level reflects what that person is in the database.
8 Now we are on the Register Members tab. The member level under the ADD to EVENT column always defaults to Associate (unless they are a Life, Patron or Ringneck/Whistler member). Under the Register column (far left), click on the box of the person you want to register.
9 Now we are on the Registered Attendees tab. Here are Anna & Austin Jensen. They are now registered for your event. Notice Karl & Lorraine Seesser & Cheryl Riley they are the registered attendees who are Existing Life members.
10 On both the REGISTER MEMBER and the REGISTERED ATTENDEES page you will be able to: Update an address, phone or . The CHANGE will show on the REGISTERED MEMBER/ATTENDEES pages in BOLD. In the REGISTERED ATTENDEES tab, a member can be removed if needed by clicking on the red X.
11 On the REGISTERED ATTENDEES page you will be able to: Update an address, phone or . The CHANGE will also be displayed in BOLD front. The ADD COMMENT column is the only place to advise PF about duplicates, CORRECT NAME SPELLING, Spouse Name, Parent Name and more for registered members.
12 Search techniques - ****PLEASE help us to eliminate duplicates**** Search by last name then first name or by company name. DO NOT hit Enter after typing the name or company in the box (wait for Searching please wait to appear). For O brien just type last name as Obrien. Remember, eliminate duplicates Richard may be Rick or Dick in our database. If name is found, just highlight that name, choose the membership level and click ADD SELECTED RECORD TO EVENT button. Message Person Added Successfully will appear. Click CREATE NEW RECORD if you do not find who you re looking for.
13 Here I ve added Penny Morgan. The member level always defaults to Associate. Next Click Add Record. ****DO NOT USE CAPS or punctuation when entering data. Use the dropdown box by Is this a company record? and click yes if this is true. The Company Name field will be highlighted.
14 Here is Penny Morgan now on the REGISTERED ATTENDEES page at the Associate level. Once everyone is registered, click RETURN TO THE EVENT LISTING button in the upper right corner.
15 Here you will preview your event(s). As you can see here, there are 18 OMR PENDING on the Open Events. Click the VIEW REPORT button on this page you will find the Web Event Membership Report and the Submit button. Once the Submit button is clicked, NO MORE CHANGES can be made on this particular Event.
16 This is a great example of what you may see on your WEB EVENT MEMBERSHIP REPORT. Verify that the numbers and amounts are correct, then click SUBMIT. The SUBMIT button is in the lower left corner at the bottom of the page. YOUR EVENT IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU CLICK ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON. If the information is incorrect, click CANCEL to return to the EVENT LISTING PAGE. Under Open Events you may make your corrections. Once submitted, this report will be ed to the ID Number on the Event Listing page.
17 Here is the you will receive when you submit your report to PF/QF National. If you are an officer other than the treasurer, and you changed the ID number on the Event Registration page to your own, this will be sent to you instead of the treasurer.
18 One last look at the Events Listing page. This chapter has: --OPEN EVENTS in progress --EVENTS SUBMITTED BY CHAPTER shows six past events complete and submitted to National. --CLOSED EVENTS the VIEW ROSTER button is the only button on display. This tells you PF/QF National has completed the process for your event. The VIEW ROSTER button contains the members registered for an event. The roster will be accessible for approximately 3 years after an event is closed.
