1 If you have any issues or have any questions about registering for the AZAD 2013 Conference, this guide will take you step by step through our online registration. If you need further assistance with the process, you can contact us at or find us on Facebook by searching for AZAD 2013 Conference or on Twitter under user azad_2013. Thanks and we look forward to seeing you in September.
2 Step 1: Selecting your registration preferences. In step 1 of this process, you will select the number of registrations you would like to process, whether or not you would like to register for the pre-conference trip and whether or not the registrants in your party are AZAD Members. Please note, you can only register 2 people at a time for each category. If you need to register 3 or more people at once, you will need to complete this process multiple times. On the far left of the screen, the dropdown box will indicate the number of registrants for each category. If you would like to participate in the pre-conference trip to Northwest Trek on September 19 th, please select either AZAD Member + Pre-conference trip or Non-AZAD Member + Pre-conference trip to register for that in addition to the conference. Select the number of registrants for each category. Hit next when you have finished.
3 Step 2: Adding attendee information. In this step, you will add the registration information for each attendee. If you are only registering one person (yourself): leave the ATTENDEE box to read MYSELF. Enter in your ZOO AFFILIATION, ZOO CITY, EMERGENCY CONTACT NAME and NUMBER, DELEGATE STATUS (Only select YES if you are the conference delegate for your zoo) and if you need VEGETARIAN meals during the conference. Your contact information will be added on the next page. If you are registering more than one person, please see the next page for instructions. Hit NEXT when you are ready to continue. If you selected the incorrect registration type, for example, if you wanted to register for the pre-conference trip and did not, hit the PREVIOUS button, otherwise, hit the NEXT button.
4 If you are registering more than one person: in the first registrant information, change the ATTENDEE box to read NEW INDIVIDUAL. Enter in your NAME and , and then change the ADDRESS box to NEW ADDRESS. Enter in your ADDRESS, CITY, STATE and ZIP. Continue to add your ZOO AFFILIATION, ZOO CITY, EMERGENCY CONTACT NAME and NUMBER, DELEGATE STATUS (Only select YES if you are the conference delegate for your zoo) and if you need VEGETARIAN meals during the conference. Repeat the same process for each additional registrant. Hit NEXT when you are ready to continue. If you selected the incorrect registration type, for example, if you wanted to register for the pre-conference trip and did not, hit the PREVIOUS button, otherwise, hit the NEXT button.
5 Step 3: Entering in payment information. Before you enter in the payment information, confirm that you have registered the correct number of people and the correct levels. If you need to make any changes, please hit the PREVIOUS button at the bottom right two times to take you back to step 1. Enter in all of the billing information for the credit card you are using to secure the reservation. Once all of the information is entered, hit the REGISTER button. This will bring you to the confirmation screen and will also generate an letting you know that you are registered for the conference. If you do not receive an , check your spam folder first. If it is not there, please contact to confirm your reservation.
