6 The Basics To use PowerMailChimp, you must sign up for a MailChimp account MailChimp Cost: Varies PowerMailChimp Cost: $2/user/month Free 30 day trial available

7 Importing PowerMailChimp 1. Grab the solution.zip file from the web page 2. Import the solution into CRM 3. Register for a free 30 day trial

8 PowerMailChimp Setup 1. Sign up for a MailChimp account a) Go to mailchimp.com and click on sign up b) Fill in your information, and verify your domain 2. Create a master list in MailChimp a) This will be the list that all marketing lists are synced to b) Best practice is to have one list and all marketing lists synced to that one list 3. Grab the API key from MailChimp and put it in PowerMailChimp Set up tab to link the MailChimp account with the CRM

9 Using PMC-Three Main Steps 1. Create a marketing list and sync with MailChimp 2. Create a template in MailChimp itself 3. Create a PowerMailChimp blast and send!

10 How does the Sync work? Subscribers are synced from CRM over to MailChimp ONLY (not from MailChimp back to CRM) Marketing lists can be manually synced, or will automatically sync to MailChimp right before the blast is sent out Statistics are synced from MailChimp back to CRM automatically after a blast is sent out

11 How does the Sync work? Groups and subgroups are automatically created under the master list in MailChimp

12 Marketing List Sync Choose a MailChimp list to sync to if you d like to use this marketing list in a PMC blast
