You're purchasing a website that was designed and developed from the ground up to enable top level coaches to attract and convert high dollar coaching clients to their practice. The following steps need to be completed in order to complete your personal coaches site setup. STEP 1 Purchase Your Domain Name STEP 7 Choose A Website Offer & Layout STEP 2 Register Account(s) STEP 8 Provide A Media Offer STEP 3 Create A PayPal Account STEP 9 Author Program STEP 4 Register For Marketing STEP 10 Provide Testimonials STEP 5 Provide A Quality Photograph STEP 11 Submit Your Information STEP 6 Provide Header Information STEP 12 Wait for the to arrive letting you know your site is up and running! (10 workdays AFTER we receive ALL information)

2 PURCHASE YOUR DOMAIN NAME Your domain name can be purchased anywhere, but we recommend Leader Web Solutions ( - our GoDaddy reseller website with reduced prices for our members. There is no need to purchase any hosting package since your sites will be hosted on our servers complimentary.

3 REGISTER ACCOUNT(S) You can purchase your account(s) from any provider but here are some popular options: Provider Leader Web Solutions Cost $2-$5/month G Suite $5-$10/user/month GoDaddy $4-$15/month NameCheap $29-$50/year Hover $20-$29/year We recommend either one (info@yourdomain.com) or two (info@yourdomain.com, YourName@YourDomain.com) accounts. The company you register with will provide all hosting and support.

4 CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT 1. Open your web browser and visit 2. At the top of the page, click on Sell, then Get paid on your website.

5 CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT 3. Click on Accept Payments Online. 4. Click on Get Started For Free.

6 CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT 5. Enter your address and click Next. 6. Fill in all the required information and click Continue. Follow through until your account has been created.

7 CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT 7. Once your account has been created, log in to your new account. Click on Profile, then Profile and settings. 8. Click on My Money and navigate through to the section which allows you to connect your bank account to PayPal.

8 CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT 9. Select your bank and enter in all of the required information. 9. After adding your bank account, it will have a status of Unverified. PayPal will make two small deposits into your account within 2-4 business days. Once you see these deposits on your bank statement log back into your PayPal account to verify those two deposit amounts. Your bank account will then be verified. Additional Notes: - The PayPal setup process will also require you to confirm your address. This MUST be done before any payments can be accepted. - If you have an existing Personal PayPal account, please verify that your account is able to accept payments online. Previously, Personal accounts were only able to purchase online, but not permitted to accept payments. - Adding your bank account is not required to accept payments on your website, but that is the only way to transfer those funds to your bank. - Only one PayPal account is required and can be used to accept payments on multiple websites.

9 REGISTER FOR MARKETING An marketing service is required to deliver your front-end video series and drip campaign to prospects. The above companies provide an excellent service and we would recommend them for any marketing needs your business requires. Aweber is our provider of choice and are highly recommended. If you are currently registered with another marketing service and would like to continue using their services, please notify us and we can provide you with a guide to configuring that service to work with your E-Learning website.

10 PROVIDE A QUALITY PHOTOGRAPH Please provide us with a quality photograph which will be used on your website. If possible, provide the photo with the background already removed (transparent). Acceptable file formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF Examples of how your photo will be used:

11 PROVIDE HEADER INFORMATION Please provide us with a completed header design OR provide us with your company logo, images, or anything else you would like to see in the header design. If you are providing a completed header design, the maximum width is 960 pixels. There is no maximum height. Example of our header layout:

14 PROVIDE A MEDIA OFFER Please provide us with some sort of video or audio content you d like made available for free on your website. An interview or educational material is excellent. For example, Adrian s website contains a pop-up to a radio interview he participated in. Sidebar widget. Interview pop-up. This will be positioned on your homepage sidebar. If you don t have any media content, a downloadable file, link to another offer or page is just fine as well. This widget can be whatever you desire or can be removed if you prefer.

15 AUTHOR PROGRAM Bundled with your new coaches website is our Published Author Program. You should have received a separate for that program and guidelines in order for us to complete your new book. Your new coaches website has a section for you to offer your book. It will look similar to following: We require the following from you: 1. Your book cover design (ideally the spine as well). If we designed your book, please indicate that and we can retrieve it from our system. 2. A short description of your book. See example above. If a longer description is provided, it will be shortened to fit the content area. 3. The BUY NOW link above is a simple payment link directing them to a PayPal payment page. Please provide us with your book purchase price and shipping cost. IF you would like to offer a separate shipping rate for international purchases, a button will need to be created within your PayPal account. You can provide us with the button link or send us your PayPal account password for us to create that button. If you d prefer not to use PayPal, simply us the link to your custom checkout page. 4. Your free chapter you ll be offering visitors. Or indicate which chapter you d like to offer and we can retrieve that from our system. Haven t received your book yet? We can place a coming soon image in its place or can hide the author section.

16 PROVIDE TESTIMONIALS Please send us any testimonials you d like added to your website. You may also provide us with an image of the testimonial author. 2 testimonials will be added to your homepage (see above image). If you have more than 2 testimonials, a link to view all of them will be added directly beneath the ones displayed on your homepage. Don t have any testimonials? 17 SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION Please visit and provide the following information: 1. Your Name (how it should be displayed on the website) 2. Contact Phone Number 3. Physical Address or PO Box 4. Social Media Links. If you have any of the following accounts, links can be provided in your members area: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube 5. Domain Name, Login For Your Domain Registrar Account* * We need to login to your account to point your domain name towards our servers (where your website will be hosted). Please feel free to change your password once this step is complete. If you d prefer to keep your account private, please point your domain to these nameservers: ns3.internetmarketingwithkarl.com ns4.internetmarketingwithkarl.com OR add/modify your DNS entry (A record) to point to the following IP address: Website Address (notify us of the address or addresses which you purchased). We also require the MX records from your provider IF you have pointed your domain to our nameservers. This is not required if you have pointed your domain using an A record. 7.
