1 Designed, Sealed & Delivered for 12 Day Detox: New Coach Set-Up
2 Understanding Your Dashboard Once you have your website set up, you will have access to a standard Wordpress back-end with Wishlist member pre-installed and your 12 Day Detox program content and structure pre-loaded. From here, you will want to set your site up to accept payment through PayPal do some customization. You will complete the following steps: 1. Set up site to accept payment through PayPal. 2. Set up your Product pages. 3. Set your Group Launch Dates. 4. Customize your site logo, colors and fonts (if desired). 5. Customize your site text and images. There are complex formatting options available within the system for advanced users, but these are the basic components you will need to complete for your site to function and your program to run successfully. We will take each step in order.
3 Set Up Your to accept Payments through Paypal 1. Go to your Dashboard, hover over Settings and select eshop. 2. At the top of the page, click on the Merchant Gateways tab.
4 3. Enter your Paypal business account login address in the box indicated. Note: If you do not have a Paypal business account, you will need to create one prior to completing your membership platform set-up. Do this by visiting and following the instructions to create a business account. 4. Then, click the blue Save Changes button above the General Settings box. 5. At the top of the page, click on the General tab.
5 6. On the right, in the eshop Status box, change the drop-down option from Testing to Live. 7. Then click on the blue Save Changes button above the eshop Status box.
6 Set Up Your Product Pages You will need to set up your group product pages for your 12 Day Detox Program. 12 Day Detox Program Group 1 12 Day Detox Program Group 2 12 Day Detox Program Group 3 12 Day Detox Program Group 4 Repeat the steps below for each product page. 1. Go to your main Dashboard, Pages and All Pages to see a list of all of the pages on your site. 2. Select the Product page from the list you would like to set up by clicking on the page title or Edit. In this case 12 Day Detox Group 1.
7 3. Scroll down to the Product Entry section. Enter a unique identifier for your product. We recommend 12daydetoxgroup1 for this product. In the Product Description Field, enter the same title used for the product page. 4. Now move down to the Product Options section, and under Option 1 select the level for which you are creating a product, and then set the price for the product over to the right. You will only fill out Option 1 for each individual product page. Leave Options 2 and 3 blank. The levels correspond as follows: 5. Now scroll down to the Product Settings section, and select the checkboxes Product in sale and Stock Available.
8 6. Scroll back to the very top of the page, and click Update. 7. Repeat Steps 1-6 for the remaining program product pages you wish to set up.
9 Link Product Pages to the Sales Page 1. From your Dashboard, hover over Pages and click All Pages. Find the 12 Day Detox Program sales page, right-click on Edit and select Open Link in New Tab. 2. Scroll down in the Sales Page text editor until you are near the bottom and see the text Limited Time Offer $97. To create the link to the product page, select the Limited Time Offer $97 text, and then click the link button at the top of the editor. 3. In the link editor, click on the text that says link to existing content and you will see an expanded selection. Choose the Product Page you created for the 12 Day Detox - Group 1. Then click Add Link.
10 4. To create a link to the Sign me up now! Button. Copy the URL from the URL field in the box that we just used to create a text link. Click on the button image and hover to see the Edit Option. Click the mountain image on the left to edit, and add the URL to the Link URL field and click the Update button. 5. Scroll back to the very top of the sales page, and click Update.
11 Create Your Group Launch Dates 1. Go to Dashboard - WishList Member - Sequential Upgrades. 2. Find the 12 Day Detox Group (#) you want to work with, in this case Group 1, and in the line for that level, select the date from the date picker that you want to have your group begin. We have set them to a date far in the future, so that they are ready for you select your own starting dates. (On the date you've selected to begin for a group, the folks who have purchased a program to start on that date will be moved to the active group level 12 Day Detox Program and the program will be initiated for them.) 3. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click the Update Sequential Delivery Configuration button.
12 Customize Your Site Colors, Fonts and Homepage Image. 1. Go to your Dashboard. Hover over Appearance, and select Theme Options. 2. Scroll down the page until you see the section Sitename Logo Font, and select the Font and Font Color you would like for your site Logo Name. The Latin font in Blue is the default setting.
13 3. Select Save Changes to save your new settings. 4. Now you can change your homepage image. From the same page you are in already, select the Slider Settings tab as seen below. 5. Clicking the plus sign will show you the current homepage image.
14 6. You can add a new image by clicking Add Slide. Then click the New Slide bar that appears. Select Upload and add in your image. The default size for homepage images is 400 pixels high by 1170 pixels wide, at 72 pixels per inch resolution. 7. You can choose to have only one image on your homepage, or to add multiple images that will slide and change based on the timing you select. To have only one image, you must have only one slide so delete any slides you do not want to include.
15 8. Feel free to play with the options in this tab, that will change how the slider functions and set things up in the way you like best. Be sure to click Save Changes each time you make a change or add a new image, so you don t lose your selections. 9. To check your progress as you go, keep your Home Page open in another browser tab and click Refresh to view the changes each time you have saved. To open your site in a new tab, Right Click on your site name at the top of your dashboard, and select Open in New Tab.
16 10. Advanced users may wish to further customize site fonts and visual options. You can do this from this same Theme Options interface. Browse through the Tabs on the left to find the options available to you, and make your selections clicking Save Changes each time you make an update. For example, the Typography tab allows you to change the font and sizes for your Headers and Paragraph font. 11. If you accidentally make changes you do not like, you can always go back to the default by choosing either Reset Section or Reset All. Reset Section will restore the defaults in only the tab you are currently viewing. Reset All will restore the defaults to ALL theme options. We do not recommend clicking Reset All unless you want to start back over from scratch, repeating all the previous steps we have already covered.
17 Customize Your Public Pages: Text and Images 1. At your Site Dashboard, go to Pages: All Pages.
18 2. Click on the page you wish to edit (Home, About Us, Contact, and Healthy Habits Sales Page). Do not delete any of the other pages you see, these are for the Shop or Membership Site and should be left as-is.
19 3. Edit the text of the page you have selected, using the steps in the image below. 4. If you want to add images to the page, click the Add Media button and follow the steps there to upload, format and place your image on the page. Then once again click Update to save your changes. Note: the primary image on the homepage is changed in a different step (see the section: Customize Your Site Colors, Fonts and Homepage Image). Images added in this step will be part of your page and in-line with your text.
