There is one request I would like to ask. If If you're feeling up to it it at any point before we meet later this week, if you could do what you can to at least keep the ball rolling. As of right now and based on our agreement and what was done the last 2 years: The first payment due on January 11th was $100, A 10% deposit of the estimated production budget is due 6 months out (which is April 10th) is $209, Using last years approved budget of $1,496, Add $300, for City/permit costs for the 3 blocks in the new footprint Add $300, ($100k per block) for the production and infrastructure placeholder This means on or before April 10th, I need to get $309,696,10. Whatever you can do to ensure that this happens would be greatly appreciated. I have attached both invoices. Now I realize that is a substantial amount of money and there is a substantial of other work that has been delayed on the festival, but if I can't get this in a timely fashion, it's going to have a devastating effect on my company and me personally. Please do what you can to make this happen.
