Bernstein, Bankruptcy Judge; We, CAPARO ENGINEERING INDIA LIMITED ( Caparo ), a Company duly registered under the laws of India and having its registered office at , 1st Floor, Naurang House, 21, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi , in the above captioned bankruptcy proceeding, respectfully Object to the Motion filed by SunEdison, Inc. ( SUNE ) and certain of its affiliates, the debtors and debtors in possession in the above captioned cases (collectively, the Debtors and, together with their non Debtor affiliates, SunEdison or the Company )for the order pursuant to bankruptcy code sections 102 and 105,

Ltd., which in turn is held 85% by SunEdison International LLC. SunEdison International LLC is one of the Debtor(s) who have filed for bankruptcy in this case. 2. SunEdison Solar Power India Pvt. Ltd. as of 30 th April 2016 owes CAPARO ENGINEERING INDIA LIMITED, in Indian Rupees an amount of Rs / (INR One Hundred Eight Million, Six Hundred Thirty Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty Four) equivalent of USD / (US Dollars One Million, Six Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand, Six Hundred Seventy Eight) for supply of certain components during the period from 17th October 2015 to 9th March CAPARO ENGINEERING INDIA LIMITED, therefore by virtue of being creditor of the subsidiary company of SunEdison International LLC. do hereby object to the Motion, as filed in its present form and plead that an order granting the same should not be passed, until an opportunity of being heard is granted to it. Wherefore, I respectfully request that this Court enter an order denying the relief requested by the Debtor(s).
