This extension comes with the ability to send the notification message to the seller. **Note: To check the International phone number availability and their capabilities click here. Features Seller will receive notification message right to their phone at the time of Seller approval or disapproval. Seller will receive SMS at the time of product approval. Ability to send message when product order is placed by admin. Twilio allows the user to buy a Number from Specific Countries so the store owner can buy any number for any country (allowed by twilio) and then the seller of any country will receive the SMS from the store owner. For more details click here. Seller will receive SMS at the time of order cancel, invoice, shipped and credit memo. The codes are open source and it can be customized easily. Configuration After the installation navigate to System > Configuration Here, the admin will have to configure the setting options for making use of the extension which includes Enabled Select this option as Yes to enable the extension for use, else select No. Account SID Enter the Account SID received after registering at the Twilio website. Auth Token Enter Auth Token received after registering at the Twilio website. Twilio Phone Number Enter the Twilio Phone number received after registering at the Twilio website. 1/17

2 After configuring the setting options above just tap the Save Configuration button to save these settings. Get the Twilio Credentials The admin can get the Account SID, Auth Token and Twilio Phone Number by following the below steps: Step 1: Go to the web address and click on the SIGN UP button as shown below Step 2: Now after clicking on the SIGN-UP button, below page will be open. Here, the admin will enter all details to get registered and will tap the Get Started button to proceed further. 2/17

3 Step 3: Now, enter your mobile phone number and tap the Verify via SMS button to verify the number. 3/17

4 Step 4: Now, you will receive a verification code in your mobile phone. Enter that verification code and tap the Submit button. Step 5: Now the page that comes up, on the top right-hand next to your name tap the down arrow and then click the User Settings menu option. 4/17

5 Step 6: Now go to the Dashboard menu option in the left panel. Here, you will find the Account SID, Auth Token. Step 7: To get the Twilio phone number, go to the dashboard again and tap the Phone Numbers link. 5/17

6 Step 8: Clicking the phone numbers link will bring up the below page. Here, click on the Get Started button. Step 9: The section that comes up, click the Get your first Twilio phone number button. 6/17

7 Step 10: Clicking the Get your first Twilio phone number in the previous step brings up a pop-up window. Click Choose this Number button to proceed further. Step 11: Now, you can see your new phone number, click done to go back. 7/17

8 Step 12: Now, to check your phone number click the Phone Numbers link under the dashboard section as shown in step 7 and you will be redirected to your phone number section. Frontend Configuration At the front end during account creation, there is an option for the Telephone number which is responsible for notification. Seller will have to verify his mobile number for receiving the text message notifications. 8/17

9 Admin Management Seller will approve/disapprove by admin and after that Seller can receive a notification message. 9/17

10 Seller s account approval and disapproval message: At the time of Seller s product approval by admin side, Seller will receive a notification message. 10/17

11 Product approval message of Seller: Invoice : After the generation of invoice, the seller will receive a message for the invoice with the order number. 11/17

13 Shipped: When the Admin or Seller generates the shipment, Seller will receive a message about the shipment details. 13/17

14 Credit Memo : After the credit memo has been generated, the seller will receive the notification for it. 14/17

15 Product Denial : Seller will receive a message notification that the product has been denied by the admin. Seller Denial : When the admin will deny the account of a seller, the seller will receive a notification. 15/17

16 Order Placed: After the order has been placed by a buyer the seller will be notified through a notification. 16/17
