1 Tracking Settings You will now be able to select how often you want your driver's location to be updated. You will have the following options: Disabled 3 to 5 seconds 15 minutes 30 minutes 1 hour 2 hours This option is located on the tracking settings page : Note: We recommend using 15-minute updates. Location updates automatically appear if drivers check in or check out. 1

2 Modify Mileage on Order Assign You will now be able to modify the loaded and empty miles before assigning orders. If the miles have been modified it will update the load with the miles entered, this will also appear on the driver s payroll. Disable Rate on Driver Mobile App You can disable the rate visibility on the driver app. Driver will not be able to see the amount on shipment assignments. This option is located on Shipment Settings : 2

3 Customer Profile More Data Input Fields We have updated our customer profile page with new input fields. New table to add more contact information. Add multiple s as Notification s dirrectly from the customer profile. o These s will be notified on shipment updates (arrivals, departures etc.) 3 new fields have been added i. Company MC # ii. 4 Custom Charges i. You are now able to set custom charges as defult charges for each customer. ii. To apply these custom charges you must select ''Display Custom Charge when selecting the customer on order create. 4

5 Ready to Invoice Bug Fix We have fixed the issue that was causing the ''Ready to Invoice'' page to load slowly if there were too many documents and orders. Now you will be able to send invoices without issues no matter the amount of orders. Document Inbox Settings We have added a new page to the menu Document Inbox Settings, on this page you will be able to add multiple s to receive notifications when new documents come in. 5

6 Communicator Group Messaging You are now able to select multiple drivers when sending messages. Note : When a driver responds to a group message the other drivers will not be able to see that message. 6

7 Hours of Service You are now able to view Hours of Service for multiple providers at once. Currently integrated with ELD Providers, view multiple providers on one dashboard. - Samsara - OnCommand Connection ELD Integrated within Axis Pro Driver Truck Monitor Live View Hours of Service When assigning Orders you will be able to see CYCLE hours remaining. 7

8 Multiple Notification Contacts on Order Create You are now able to select multiple contacts to send notification s. Add and save contacts to customer profiles and they will appear on the next order you do. You can also add a custom as well. 8

9 Customer Validation Implemented Going forward if you forget to select a customer when creating an order, there is a validation check. This is now in place, when yellow it means you have selected the customer. If the yellow marking is not there, the system will not allow you to proceed.
