3 s Once Salesfusion has captured the delivery status of an recipient, the respective record in CRM will be updated per the connector configuration. The two options are to create either a Salesfusion Activity record, or a native Activity (history) record. Option 1: Sent to Salesfusion Entity Does contain Opens and Clicks count, as well as being able to see who was sent from and the name of the campaign. This is a good option if you don t want to clutter up the Activity History section. URL Link Clicks Clicking into a campaign pushed to our custom entity will allow you to see the Links\URLs clicked. ***Note Open Activities and Activity History are Salesforce entities, and are not related to the Campaign detail Option 2: Sent to Activity (History) Entity This doesn t contain opens and clicks, but is a good option if your sales team lives in the Activity History. 3
4 Landing Pages Once Salesfusion has captured a landing page completion, the respective record in CRM will have a Landing Page completion added to the Landing Pages custom entity. Completions to Custom Entity You will be able to see the Dialog Name and completed date for each landing page completion. Completion Detail Clicking into the completions allows visibility of the data submitted into the landing page. (Dialog Response) 4
5 Web Activity Once Salesfusion has captured cookied web activity for a lead or contact, the respective record in CRM will be updated per the connector configuration. The two options are to create either a Salesfusion Web Activity record, or a native Activity (history) record. Option 1: Web Activity to Salesfusion Web Activity Entity This allows you to see more information easily, without having to click into the activity. Pushing the activity to our custom entity also will keep your Activity History from possibly getting cluttered with lots of web activity. Clicking into any of these activities grants you visibly into more activity details, as well as the web pages that were hit. 5
6 Option 2: Web Activity to Activity (History) Entity This is a good option if your team lives in the Activity History. Clicking into any of these activities will allow you to see additional details regarding the web activity. Tasks When a task is created in Salesfusion, you can push those as Open Activities to the corresponding CRM record. 6
7 Events Once an event in Salesfusion is over, all registered and attended contacts and leads will have their respective records in CRM updated with the event information inserted into the custom Event Management entity. Events to Custom Entity This will allow you to see the events which the record has registered for and attended. Clicking into any of these events will allow you to see additional information about the event. 7
8 Salesfusion Tabs The Salesfusion bundle installs a few tabs which can be hidden\shown, depending on what is desired. To add or remove these tabs, click the + symbol, and then select Customize My Tabs. See optional Salesfusion custom tabs highlighted in Red. Salesfusion 360 This tab allows you to view and use the entire platform of Salesfusion through an iframe directly within Salesforce. This will log you into Salesfusion as the user you are currently logged into Salesforce with. We do not recommend using this feature when logged into Salesfusion directly on the same computer or with the same user. 8
9 Web Activity This will allow you to see recent web activity that has been pushed into Salesforce. Click into any of the activities will show you more detail, exactly as the contact web activity section does. 9
10 Salesforce Campaigns Distribution Lists By selecting the corresponding checkbox in the Salesfusion connector screen, (Download Campaign Members to Distribution Lists) Salesfusion will sync down members of Salesforce campaigns into a distribution list, which can then be used as an include or exclude list. ***Notes regarding syncing Salesforce campaign lists: 1. If the records do not already exist in our database (in contact table), we will not sync them into the Salesfusion distribution list. 2. Salesfusion distribution lists do not contain duplicate s 3. Salesfusion distribution lists do not contain blank or invalid s 10
11 Salesfusion Campaign By selecting the Salesfusion button within a Salesforce campaign, it is also possible to directly create a campaign in Salesfusion that will send to the members of the Salesforce campaign. After clicking the Salesfusion button, you will be sent to the Designer, where you can edit the details and content of your . Once you are complete with your edits, you may activate the campaign by selecting the Save, Approve and Send button. After doing so, you will be presented with a checkbox and Approve and Send button, all which must be selected to finalize the send. Once you ve approved the campaign, the campaign list will sync down on the next sync cycle, and then send out at the date and time you previously selected. Once a campaign has been activated, it is may not be possible to cancel the send. 11
