5 FileXchange Collaborative working with FileXchange Collaboration Suite FileXchange is also an ideal platform for collaborative working. Our FileXchange Collaboration Suite allows users to exchange files with designated third parties in a safe and efficient manner. Using FileXchange Collaboration Suite you are provided with twinned accounts. The master account will allow you to send files to any third party. The slave account associated with the master allows a designated third party to upload files and send them back to the owner of the account. They cannot, however, make use of FileXchange to send to any location other than back to addresses located at the master account domain. This presents an ideal alternative to standard FTP services, which are generally used to facilitate secure data transfer between trusted parties. The FileXchange Collaboration Suite allows the account owner the flexibility of being able to send data to any third party along with the security of specifying third parties from they wish to receive data back.
