1 Overview of the U.S. Bank secure migration web portal What is the purpose of this portal? Provides a secure delivery method for current and future transmission details Facilitates collaboration with U.S. Bank migration resources Facilitates collaboration with resources within your company Upload and download features ensure that both parties have all needed keys and certificates Information currently on file with U.S. Bank is automatically populated Ensures the migration will be a smooth transition for both companies Home Screen: After logging in to the portal, the Home Screen will be displayed. Click on Execute as shown below. Task List: Next you will be presented with a list of tasks. Beginning with the Introduction task, click Start Execution. The application will guide you through the tasks that need to be completed depending on your configuration. 12/15 Page 1

2 Introduction: The Introduction task is for information only. Please read thoroughly and click Finish. Customer Profile: Here we present the contact information we currently have on file for your company. Make any needed changes, check the box at the bottom of the page and click Finish. 12/15 Page 2

3 Validate Existing Transmissions: This task will list all the transmissions we have on file between your company and U.S. Bank. Separate screens will be shown for Test and Production files. Confirm each file by clicking on the checkmark to the left of the line. If there are any discrepancies, they can be noted in the Comments box at the bottom of the page. Click the check box and then click Next for the test files. Click the check box and the click Finish for the production files. 12/15 Page 3

4 Validate Flattened Mailbox: This task is informational. It is concerning the new mailbox structure to be used after the migration. One screen will be presented for test files and one for production files. Click the check box and then click Next for the test files. Click the check box and the click Finish for the production files. Protocol Selection in Inbound Push/Pull and Outbound Push/Pull: This screen will provide you with the protocol that is currently used for this configuration. If you wish to keep the same protocol, simply click Next. To change your protocol, choose one from the drop-down. 12/15 Page 4

5 Protocol Screens: At this point, you will be presented with screens specific to your protocol. As an example, we have included the SSH-FTP protocol. SSH-FTP: Both existing and new information will be presented to you for Test, Production and Disaster Recovery files. On each of the three screens, you will download the appropriate Host Key, either OpenSSH or IEFT-SECSH. You will also upload your User Identity Key by clicking on Upload. A new screen is presented where you will click Upload, then browse to the file, provide a name and click OK until back to the below screen. Once you have successfully uploaded your User Identity key, you will see your file name displayed as shown below. To delete the file and upload a different one, click on the red X. You must enter your DNS and IP as it is required for us to initiate the migration. When complete with each screen click Next. On the DR screen, click Finish. 12/15 Page 5

6 Next Step Instructions: Here you will be asked to schedule a test date for connectivity testing. Choose a date from the drop-down and click Next. Firewall Confirmation: We ask that you confirm that you have submitted a request for any firewall changes needed for your company. 12/15 Page 6
