1 ORDERING A CERTIFICATE Step 1. Please click on Certificate Site to choose your certificate. You have an option to view and process your transaction in either English or French.
2 Step 2. Choose Your Certificate You may select a Reason/Value, Denomination, Language and Currency on this screen. As you make your selections, a preview of the certificate will appear on the right hand side. You have an option to switch to Canadian Dollar pricing on this screen. If you click on Switch to Canadian Dollar pricing, the screen will default back to the certificate selection (Step 1), and you will be able to see pricing in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you need to switch to U.S. pricing, click the link Switch to US Dollar pricing and make your certificate selection again.
3 Step 3. Once you have completed all selections for your certificate, click on Add to Cart.. If you wish to add another certificate, click Select More Certificates.. Otherwise, please proceed by clicking Checkout. If you make a mistake, and wish to reselect a certificate, please click Remove and start over. You can also switch to U.S. or CAD pricing on this screen if you forgot to do so at Step 2.
4 Step 4. Once you click Checkout, you will be prompted to enter your Chorus ID. Please enter your Chorus ID, then click Search.
5 Step 4 A. Please enter your Chorus ID in the Enter your chorus ID box and click Search. Your information will display on the screen specifying your Chorus ID, First Name, Last Name and address. If address is blank, please add your address in the box. Click on Save and Continue to proceed.
6 Step 4 B. If you enter your Chorus ID and click on Search but your information does not appear, you will see an error message that says Cannot find Chorus ID in system. If the error message appears, click on Click Here in the New Employee/Not in List box to the right.
7 Step 4 C. Please enter your information here, including Chorus ID, First Name, Last Name and your address. Click Save and Continue when you are done.
8 Step 5. On this screen, you will select a person/people who will be receiving the certificate you selected. There are 3 different options to enter/select the recipient(s). *** Please note, the certificate you are working with displays at the top of the screen. In the example shown, it is $50.00 USD Integrity Certificate.
9 Step 5 A. - Select a Michelin Employee You can search for the person you wish to send a certificate to by either entering the first letters of their First Name, Last Name or Chorus ID. Start typing a last name and click on Search. You will see a list of names display on the screen. Please make sure you are selecting the correct recipient based on their Chorus ID.
10 Once you have selected the recipient, his/her information will display on the screen. You have an option to send the certificate either to the recipient or to yourself (sender) to personally present to the recipient. You may also write a message to the recipient that will appear on the certificate.
11 When you have selected a recipient, click Add to Recipient List. You will see information you entered appear on the bottom of the screen in detail.
12 Step 5 B. - Send Multiple Certificates via Bulk You will need to have a file of recipients created and saved to use this feature. Click Here for a sample format to download a sample file to use. Please use only this file for upload. You may also write a message that will appear on the certificate. *** Please note, the same message will appear on all certificates in your file! *** Save this file in either.xlsx or.csv format. Click on Browse, select your file and click Upload Now.
13 You will receive a Bulk Names Imported Successfully message and the recipient names will appear on the bottom of the screen. *** Please note, you can only send certificates to yourself/the sender when using this option! You may print certificates from an file you will receive with your order confirmation. ***
14 Step 5 C. - Send to Non Michelin Employee/Add New Employee Not in Current List In this option, you can enter your recipient s name manually if the recipient is not found in the Michelin Employee List. If the recipient is a Michelin Employee, you must fill in all required information (Chorus ID, First and Last Name and ) as well as check the box that says: Is This a Michelin Employee? You also have an option to send the certificate either to the recipient or to yourself/sender. Click on Add to Recipient List when ready.
15 For a non-michelin Employee, please enter First Name, Last Name and address. If you leave the address blank, the system will default to Deliver to Sender option and you will receive that certificate. Click on Add to Recipient List when ready. After selecting recipient(s) using one of three options shown above, click Continue. This screen will display sender and recipient information, price, type of certificate selected and delivery method.
16 Click on Submit Payment and Finalize Order when ready to proceed.
17 Step 6. Submit Payment and Finalize Order On this screen, you will enter your purchasing card/credit card and billing information. You must select I Agree box after reading Michelin s Corporate Credit Card policy. Then click Submit Payment and Complete Order.
18 Step 7. Order Confirmation A summary of your order will appear on the screen. You will receive an confirmation with the details of your order as well as a copy of the certificate(s) that were ordered. When processing Certificate orders for multiple recipients in U.S. and CA, you must select the Certificate with appropriate currency (US$ or CAD$). Note, U.S. recipients should always receive US$ Certificates and CA recipients CAD$ Certificates. You will be able to checkout and pay in a single currency based on your credit card currency.
19 Reminder: Corporate credit cards are for Michelin business use only. Cardholders are not allowed to purchase certificates for themselves or for family members.
