A completed package includes: A completed Tenant Application with all the appropriate signatures. A non-refundable Tenant Application Fee of $50.00 made payable to Windmill Village. A non-refundable Background Check fee will be charged for EACH occupant 18 years or older. Checks should be made payable to Signature Property Management, along with the signed Tenant Background Inquiry Release form for each occupant. Note: If you ve had a Background Check before from Windmill Village, you WILL NOT need another one. Background Check Fee not applicable. US Citizen Background Check Fee = $50.00 Canadian Background Check Fee = $ Any Other Country Background Check Fee Plus $30.00 (check with office for the exact amount) A refundable Gate Card Deposit Fee of $50.00 made payable to Windmill Village. Note: If Lease is less than six (6) months, this check will only be cashed if Gate Cards are not returned in good condition to the office upon departure from Windmill Village.
