2 EXHIBITOR SERVICES, STAND CONSTRUCTION & GENERAL INFORMATION The Association of the United States Army, has appointed GES as the official stand contractor for the USA Security and Defense Pavilion at Eurosatory Venue: Viparis Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre in Paris, France Build up: 9-10 June 2018 Show Dates: June 2018 Teardown: 15 June 2018 Please refer to the Important Dates deadlines provided by AUSA for more specific AUSA deadlines. GES will be responsible for the following services: Supply, build and on-site support of all Shell Scheme stands with fascia panels and electrical package Supply of all mains electricity Supply of furniture from the GES furniture catalogue Supply and installation of exhibition grade carpet GES can offer the following additional services: Supply and fitting of any additional electrical / utility / standfitting requirements Supply and application of graphics for Shell Scheme stands Custom stand builds Audio Visual Needs We strongly recommend that orders for any of the above services are placed early by contacting our customer call centre or using the order forms provided to ensure securing preferred items and prompt delivery during the build-up. Specific deadline dates for orders can be found on each order form. Please note, we will have a very limited supply of materials onsite to service the pavilion. 4 STAND GUIDELINES & INFORMATION SHELL SCHEME STANDS The above technical drawing is for reference only. Your space booked may look different depending on the stand location and orientation. Please check with AUSA should you wish to confirm your stand location and orientation. SHELL SCHEME STRUCTURE It is prohibited to affix nails, hooks, tacks, screws, adhesives, paint or similar items to any part of the stand. If exhibitors wish to affix any posters to their stand they must affix to MDF cladding and not directly to the Shell Scheme panels. Shell Scheme panels are reusable and any damages will incur a fee. Dimensions of the Shell Scheme can be found in the above technical drawing. Any additional displays must be contained within the Shell Scheme structure and must not exceed 2.5m in height. Otherwise, please contact AUSA for stand design approval. 5 NAME BOARD / FASCIA PANEL The number of panels will depend on the size, orientation and location of the stand. Your exhibitor name and stand number will be printed applied directly to the fascia. To order the exhibitor name for your fascia us our Graphics Order Form. These orders must be submitted by the stated deadline date on the order form. If an order form is not received from you, the company name provided by AUSA in the exhibitor list will be that used for the fascia panel(s). On-site alterations may not be possible. If we are able to produce a replacement facia, there will be a charge of per printed panel. It is possible to display your company logo on the fascia for an extra cost. Please refer to the Graphics Order Form. SPACE ONLY STANDS As one of the largest exhibition contracting companies in Europe, we can offer cost effective Design and Build solutions to make any exhibit a success, however large or small. Full details, specifications and prices can be found in the furniture catalogue in the Exhibitor Manual and ordered using the Furniture Rental Order Form. All orders are subject to availability and we would encourage all exhibitors to place orders early to secure preferred items and to avoid incurring late order fees. 5

6 ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS SHELL SCHEME STANDS We will provide mains power, socket and spotlights as per previously mentioned package for all Shell Scheme stands. Power consumed by the stand is also included. If an you consume more than 3kw of power, you will be responsible for the cost of your electrical mains. If you anticipate using more than the standard 3kw, you must order additional power using the Electrical Order Form. Sockets will be located at default positions at GES discretion unless otherwise indicated by you on the enclosed Grid Plan. Any on-site relocations will incur a fee. Spotlight locations are determined by the overhead supports. All power supplied will be 220V. If you need to step down to 110V, a converter would be required. SPACE ONLY STANDS The exhibitor will be responsible for all electrical orders for the space. GRAPHICS & LOGOS We can offer printing services for your graphic requirements including but not limited to: seamless graphics or individual panel graphics to cover stand walls, or the option to print logos on fascia panel(s). To receive a quote, please contact us with your graphic requirements. General guidance Artwork in high resolution format is required upon confirmation of order All artwork should be sent through to GES FTP file link - Please upload files using instructions on the link. Once you have uploaded your files, please send a confirmation to eurosatory2018@ges.com to alert us your file upload Ready to print artwork should be submitted to our graphics department no later than four weeks prior to the event and payment should be made no later than 4 weeks prior to event. Graphics will not be printed until payment has been received. SHELL SCHEME EXTRAS AND STANDFITTINGS You will be provided with a Shell Scheme structure, as detailed previously. Any additional requirements to the stand such as store rooms, ceilings and shelving, can be ordered by ing kparnell@ges.com. GRID PLANS All electrical / utility and standfitting orders should be accompanied by a completed grid plan (enclosed in the order form) to indicate the desired location of your requirement. If grid plans are not completed, we will position the sockets and standfittings etc. at a default position. Any on-site relocations will be subject to a relocation fee. 6

7 PAYMENTS Payments to GES must be made by credit card, after either placing an order or upon receipt of your invoice. You will receive an invoice within 5-7 working days after placing your order. Goods will not be supplied and stands will not be powered if payment is not received in full in advance. CREDIT CARD Credit card payments can be made by completing the enclosed form and returning it with the Order Form(s) / upon receipt of invoice to the designated show address. We will require a credit card to be on file in order to service any on-site orders you may wish. EVENT BREAK DOWN We will begin to dismantle the Shell Scheme stands at the close of the event and would request that any display items, products and / or personal property be removed from the stand by this time. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damages to / loss of GES property and will consequently be charged. We accept no liability for items that are not removed, and which may be subsequently damaged or stolen. EXHIBITION HALL POWER Power to stands will be turned off at the close of the each day. Should you require 24 hour power supply, please contact GES for a quote. General hall lighting will be provided in the halls. 7
