There are 2 accesses to the Exhibition hall: - From the lobby: maximum width 2 m and height 3 m - From the basement: maximum width 2 m and height 4 m Storage of your boxes During the congress, you will be able to store your small boxes onsite. Other large materials, strongboxes and booths shells need to be stored outside the hotel. Furniture rental Please refer to STUDIO 80 proposal on the last page or to the furniture catalogue. If you need additional furniture, please contact Aureliano Germenia directly and order what you need. Furniture will be directly delivered on your booth. We recommend exhibitors to rent the basic package. Description & equipment All booths of 15 and 9 square meters in Exhibition Hall are equipped with walls, carpet, sign and spotlights. For others, only 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided. A red table cloth will be provided. For constructed booths, side panels must not exceed one third of the total booth width on the open sides. Plans need to be validated by divine [id] at least one month ahead.
