2 Fixed Issues For : SMX SMX SMX SMX Summary: Non Work Order events not syncing to app Details: Non Work Order events were not syncing to app if the logged in user had only Non Work Order/stand alone events assigned to him. Summary: The checkbox field label not getting displayed fully in View process Details: If a record had checkbox field with a long text label, then the entire text was not getting displayed in the View process of that record. Summary: Attachment uploads not getting uploaded to correct record Details: If a Work order record was created from old existing Work order and if attachments were added to the new Work order, then these attachments were getting uploaded to the old Work orders instead of newly created one. Summary: The record types were not filtering the picklist values as expected Details: If lot of record types were synced to user, then the record type of a record was not filtering the picklist values in edit process as expected. Summary: SFM search sorting on Work Order records was incorrect Details: The sorting on SFM search result was not as per the search configuration and was incorrect. Summary: Work Order summary page not loading when launched from Calendar page Details: If event related WO was launched from calendar screen, then the summary page of WO was not getting loaded and the app was stuck. Summary: Incorrect date time format displayed if language was portugese Details: If device language was set to Portugese, then the date time fields in edit process were shown in wrong format. Summary: DOD was failing with 'Apex CPU time limit exceeded' error Details: If DOD was performed on a record, then it was failing by throwing an error 'Apex CPU time limit exceeded' if Get Price setting was enabled. Summary: Before Save custom webservice was failing Details: Before save custom web service was failing if the record had child records. It was throwing 'List index out of bounds' error. Summary: Picklist values not translated in SFM search results Details: If online search was performed, then the translated values for picklist fields were not shown in the search results. 5 For : SMX SMX SMX SMX Summary: Barcord Scanning was not populating the value in edit process Details: If barcode scanning was performed on an edit process which had SVMX formula configured, then barcode value was not getting saved. Summary: Number field's length and precison values were not respected properly Details: The number field's precision and scale value was not respected properly while editing that field in edit process if decimal point was entered in that field. Summary: Translation not occuring for Date values Details: If device language was changed, then translation was not getting applied on date values in View and Edit process. Summary: Lookup context not working if logged in user's language was different Details: If the lookup context field was a lookup field and if logged in user's language was non-english, then the context filter was not working if the lookup field value was a translated value. Barcode scanning Numeric field scale and precision Date time fields Lookup context Report generated on 01:04 PM GMT Page 5 of 16
6 For : SMX SMX SMX SMX Summary: Previously selected lookup records in lookup search results not retained Details: If user selected mutiple records in lookup search results and select records again after one more search, then the previously selected records were not getting saved. Lookup search Summary: App freeze when Linked SFM is invoked Details: If a process which had SVMX formula was launched and if a Linked SFM Linked SFM was launched from this process, then app was getting stuck with loading indicator infinitely. Summary: In-Progress entries getting generated in Sync log report even if sync was over Details: The sync log status was retained as In-Progress if sync was interrupted and if user did one more sync after relaunching the app. Summary: Data sync taking longer time to complete Details: Data sync was taking longer time if ADC had lot of data configured in it. 7 For : SMX SMX Summary: Multiple continous update on same record was failing Details: If SET016 was enabled and if a record was created and updated multiple times continuously on same fields, then the record update was getting lost. for iphone Successive sync Summary: SFM Search sorting on lookup field done based on Salesforce ID instead of name Details: If SFM search sorting was for iphone configured on a lookup field, then the sorting SFM Search was happening based on the Salesforce IDs of the lookup records instead of their name. Summary: App crash during data purge SMX Details: Data purge was causing app crash if there was lot of data configured in ADC SMX Summary: Non Work Order events not syncing to app Details: Non Work Order events were not syncing to app if the logged in user had only Non Work Order/stand alone events assigned to him. for iphone Data Purge for Laptops Events Report generated on 01:04 PM GMT Page 7 of 16

But the user was unable to login as there was no network connectivity and was unable to use the app. for Laptops Network connectivity Summary: Initial sync failure with unknown exception error Details: Initial sync was failing consistently for Laptops and was showing Unknown Exception error if Initial sync Account object and its data were getting synced to MFL app. Summary: SFM Search screen goes blank after performing data sync Details: User was not able to view any record for Laptops or use SFM search if data sync was Data sync performed when Get Price was enabled. Summary: Error "Undefined" displayed when opening SFM Transaction Delivery Details: On opening SFM with large data in SFM Transaction Delivery, "Undefined" error is displayed. Performance improvements in Win18 is expected to address this issue. SFM Transaction Delivery Report generated on 01:04 PM GMT Page 8 of 16

This now fixed by storing the answers in a new field called "Completed Answer" in Checklist Result object. Summary: Error "Undefined" displayed when opening SFM Transaction Delivery Details: On opening SFM with large data in SFM Transaction Delivery, "Undefined" error is displayed. Performance improvements in Win18 is expected to address this issue. Summary: Error "Maximum view state limit (135KB) exceeded." on Auto-Entitlement Page Details: User encounters an error "Visual Force error - Maximum view state limit (135KB) exceeded" up on clicking the "Auto Entitlement Rules - Work Order" page from ServiceMax Setup Home. This is now fixed Summary: Error "Undefined" displayed when opening SFM Transaction Delivery Details: On opening SFM with large data in SFM Transaction Delivery, "Undefined" error is displayed. Summary: Value on "Time to Resolve (in Minutes)" is reset when Work Order was updated Details: When a user updates a Work Order that has a value in the "Time to Resolve (in Minutes)" field, the value in "Time to Resolve (in Minutes)" is reset. This is now fixed Summary: "Maximum view state size limit (135KB) exceeded" in SFM Wizard configuration Details: An error "Maximum view state size limit (135KB) exceeded" is encountered when a user tries to edit a SFM Wizard from SFM Wizard configuration page. This used to happen because every blank space in the URL was replaced with '%20' resulting in a broken URL. This is now fixed. Summary: Error "Duplicate field selected: Id" when opening SFM in specific scenario Details: In a scenario where an SFM configuration contains a Lookup field and the Lookup field's "Display Field" value is set to an Id field, opening such an SFM on web delivery failed with an error "Duplicate field selected: Id". This is now fixed Summary: "Maximum view state size limit (135KB) exceeded" in Inventory configuration Details: An error "Maximum view state size limit (135KB) exceeded" is encountered when a user tries to edit an Inventory process from the "Inventory Process" configuration page. This page is now optimized and the error is fixed. Summary: Error "Maximum view state limit (135KB) exceeded." on Inventory Process Page Details: Error "Maximum view state limit (135KB) exceeded." is encountered when user attempts to create, edit or clone an Inventory process from Inventory Process configuration page. This is now fixed. SFM Custom Action SFM Custom Action Inventory Process Inventory Process Report generated on 01:04 PM GMT Page 11 of 16
12 For : SMX SMX Summary: Translated values for Picklists are not displayed in IB Tree Details: In a scenario where picklist fields are configured as columns in IB Tree and the user language is anything other than English, translations for the picklist values are not displayed. This is now fixed. Summary: "Maximum view state size limit (135KB) exceeded" in SFM Wizard configuration Details: An error "Maximum view state size limit (135KB) exceeded" is encountered when a user tries to edit a SFM Wizard from SFM Wizard configuration page. This page is now optimized and the error is fixed. Installed Base Tree SLA Clock Summary: Error "URL No Longer Exists" when opening a record that has SFM wizards Details: When a record which contains SFM Wizards configured in its layout is opened, an er Exists" is encountered. This happened when the Salesforce security setting "Enabled clickjack protection for custome with standard headers" is enabled. This is now fixed for all the Wizard VF pages that are created from ServiceMax managed pack SMX Important Notes : 1. Visual Force pages already created for Wizards on custom objects must be updated with add the VF page by following the option (1) in 2. This fix will not work in Salesforce console. Refer Summary: Error "Too Many SOQL queries: 101" when rendering SFM Wizards on record SMX Details: In a scenario where there are many SFM Wizard steps of type "Others", rendering SFM Wizards on a record fails with an error "Too Many SOQL queries: 101". This happened because of two additional SFM Wizards SOQLs consumed per such Wizard step. This is now eliminated and optimized. This is now fixed. Summary: Map does not load when Stock Lookup button is clicked Details: When a user clicks "Stock Lookup" button from Work Detail record, the map does not load within the Stock Lookup page. This is now fixed. SFM Search SFM Search Summary: Picklist values do not maintain their state in SLA Terms configuration page Details: If the user language is anything other SLA Term than English, translations for the fields used in "Type" was not retained. This is now fixed. Summary: Validation error on saving existing PM Process Details: When a user attempts to edit and save a PM Process, there is a validation error "Do not create new work order if existing work order was created within 'n' days and is open:you must enter a value". This is now fixed Preventive Maintenance Report generated on 01:04 PM GMT Page 13 of 16

This is now fixed. Summary: Translations were missing for a label in Checklist Service Report Details: Translations for the label "Answer" was missing which resulted this text being displayed in English in Checklist Service Report, even if the user language was different. This is now fixed. Summary: SFM Data Validation Rule 'Is Null' did not work for new line Details: Data validation rule created with 'Is Null' operator was not respected on new line. Summary: The picklist values are not translated in event hover in the dispatch console Details: In the event hover popup in dispatch console, any configured pick list field value was displayed in english instead of translated value. Summary: Week day value is displayed incorrectly for chinese locale on zoom in Details: For a chinese language user, the week day value in the Dispatch console Gantt was displayed incorrectly on clicking the zoom button. Dispatch Console Dispatch Console Summary: Preferred radio button is not checked in ATS panel for non-english language Details: Suppose the Work Order has a prefered technician defined, In the technician Dispatch Console constraints tab of Advanced technician search panel, the Preferred radio button was not selected for languages other than english. Summary: SPM Engine runs every hour even though it is scheduled to run weekly Details: Service Performance Metrics Scheduler is set to run every week but the engine is running every hour once it reaches it schedule time.
