Patch releases specify the enhancements, both product and platform, and updates for each monthly patch. Update All patched products Updated the code signing certificate for Windows applications and Java clients. 5 Resolved an issue that could have caused the connection between inserver and inserverft to become unresponsive until inserver was restarted. This fix improves the ability to recover the connection between inserver and inserverft. 6 Update Perceptive Full Text Search Agent and Resolved an issue where inserver, inservermq, inserverft, and inserverosm stopped responding when attempting to perform operations while the database connection was not available. This fix reduces the volume of messages sent from inservermq when using super queues in workflow, combined with alarms. (US92992) Update iconvert for Perceptive Content,, Perceptive Fax Agent, Perceptive Full Text Search Agent Resolved a SQLServer issue where the ODBC Packet Size defaulted to 32. Now, the default is set to -1. (DE52206, TFS15914) Perceptive Content Release (March 10, 2016) The following updates are included in this patch. Perceptive Content Client Resolved an issue where the output profiles were not passing addresses to the mail client. (DE47179, TFS15120) Resolved an issue where document keys containing "^" characters could not be correctly recovered from audit logs. (DE49833, TFS15609) Page 8 of 20

Retention Agent: Resolved an issue that could have caused decreased performance when Retention Agent removed items from a policy. (DE48609, TFS15404) Perceptive Integration Server Agent: Resolved an issue that prevented s with attachments that had special characters in the file name, such as commas, from being processed correctly by Agent. 10 Perceptive Content Client CaptureNow: Resolved an issue that could have occurred when customizing Image Processing Filter for Kofax scanner profiles. Previously, the configuration window was placed behind already opened ImageNow windows and the user was unable to locate the configuration window or close the ImageNow windows, requiring a forced closure of the ImageNow process. (DE46790, TFS15022) A search for documents and folders that are not in a particular workflow queue now returns all relevant results. Previously, the workflow queue condition caused the search to exclude results that were not in workflow. (DE41121, TFS13808) Perceptive Content & Releases (November 10, 2015) The following components and builds are included in this month s patch DDL Scripts Perceptive Recognition Agent The following enhancement and updates are included in this patch. Enhancement DDL Scripts The Oracle rollup incrementals were updated to determine if the Oracle version is Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition and, depending on the version, create either a BTree or Bitmap index for temporary indexes used during the upgrade. 11 Perceptive Content Client Resolved an issue with scanner profiles configured for barcode detection where barcodes were not successfully added to an index value when the Remove separator sheet checkbox was not selected. (DE46766, TFS15012) Resolved an issue where the status of all existing digital signatures was changed to an invalid status when the original signatures were created in ImageNow 6.6 or 6.7 and the system was upgraded to Perceptive Content 7.x. The statuses of the digital signatures are now maintained during upgrades, and the visual representation of pre-existing digital signatures are properly displayed on the relevant documents. (DE47226, TFS15128) Note After an upgrade, pre-existing digital signature passwords are expired. To apply any new digital signatures in the Perceptive Content 7.x system, all users are prompted to create a new Digital ID. Perceptive Recognition Agent Resolved an issue where some pages would not successfully scan into the system when processed through Recognition Agent. (DE45822, TFS14847) Perceptive Content Release (October 9, 2015) Perceptive Integration Server The following updates are included in this patch. Perceptive Content Client CaptureNow: Resolved an issue that could have occurred when using CaptureNow with Kofax VRS Adrenaline when configured for separator sheets with scanning in duplex and blank page deletion. The first batch was successful but the first page of each subsequent batch was removed. (TFS14913) Resolved an issue that could cause an error to occur if a user created an item in a predefined list that had the same name as another item in a different predefined list. 12 Perceptive Integration Server Mobile Capture: Resolved an issue where the modifiable Document Type field was a text box in which users could enter any value instead of a combo box. (TFS14913) Perceptive Content Release (September 10, 2015) DDL Scripts The following enhancement and updates are included in this patch. Enhancement DDL Scripts The following roll-up incrementals were updated to include additional and improved pre-upgrade conditional database checks, and to improve handling of failed checks. Perceptive Content Client Resolved an issue where color scanning resulted in uncompressed output when using a CaptureNow for Adrenaline license. (DE42647, TFS14413) Management Console: Resolved an issue where an error message was not presented when an attempt to end a user session was unsuccessful. Perceptive Content Client Resolved a clipping issue on the Client installer welcome screen and updated the installer to display the correct support number for the appropriate region. (TFS14403, TFS14405, US75516) Resolved an issue where agent users for forms and Interact for Xerox were not automatically created when uploading the corresponding license to the server. (DE39428, TFS8330) Resolved an issue that prevented task views implemented in iscript from retrieving all valid view results. (DE44746, TFS14707) Resolved an issue that could have resulted in unintended availability of session information in Management Console. (TFS14800, US77219) Perceptive Forms Server and WebNow Resolved an issue where when adding a line item on a form in WebNow, if an XML node was not present in the XSL, the node was not added. Enhancements DDL Scripts The rollup incrementals were updated for this patch. Added the optional --ignore-tablespace argument to the db-schema-validation intool command to allow the command to ignore mismatched tablespaces or filegroups when performing a schema validation. (US63395) Perceptive Forms Server and WebNow Updated Trusted Application Certificate to extend certificate expiration. (US67670) Perceptive Integration Server Perceptive Integration Server has been updated to support future enhancements. Perceptive Business Insight Synchronized reports with the latest packages to resolve an issue that caused a warning to appear the first time a user edited a report. (DE44756) Perceptive Content Client Resolved an issue where the first page after the patchcode sheet in a scanned batch was removed when duplex scanning and blank page removal were enabled in the scanning profile, and separator sheet removal was enabled in the capture profile. (DE41423, TFS13951) Resolved an issue where the visual progress indicator was missing when refreshing a view or performing a search. (DE41998, TFS14025) Page 14 of 20

15 Resolved an issue that caused the database type selection to reset to the default value during upgrade. The database type selection is now preserved. (TFS14353) Resolved an issue that could prevent Single Sign-On authentication when the LDAP authentication method was also configured. (TFS14661) Perceptive Forms Server and WebNow Resolved a security vulnerability issue that could result in account escalation when using WebNow in an SSO configuration. (DE44731, TFS14721) Perceptive Full Text Search Agent Resolved an issue that required an internet connection during installation. All required files are now included in the installation file. (DE42157, TFS14226) Perceptive Content Release (June 10, 2015) DDL Scripts Perceptive User Replication Agent WebNow The following enhancements and updates are included in this patch. Enhancements DDL Scripts The incrementals were renamed for SQL Server and Oracle to now include a common prefix. Perceptive Content Language Pack Perceptive Content Language Pack makes it possible to run Perceptive Content anywhere a supported language is spoken, allowing users to interact with the product in a format and display they understand. The Perceptive Content 7.0 Language Pack supports the following languages. Chinese Page 15 of 20

16 Dutch English French German Japanese Korean Portuguese (Brazil) Spanish Perceptive Content Language Pack provides user interface text and help files in the supported languages for the following products. WebNow Client All languages supported by the Perceptive Content 7.0 Language Pack are compatible with installations using SQL databases. Installations using Oracle databases support display of the user interface in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean but input of Asian characters is not supported at this time. For information about the environments and DBMSs supported in Perceptive Content Language Pack, refer to the sections for the supported products in the Perceptive Content Technical Specifications for version 7.0.x. Instructions for applying the Language Pack are present in the Perceptive Content Language Pack Getting Started Guide, which is available in all of the languages supported by the Language Pack. Perceptive Content Client Resolved an issue that would not allow user or group names beginning with "all" to be created. (DE43383, TFS14360) Resolved an issue that prevented the complete text from being displayed in the Summary tab of Retention Policy Designer when viewing the user interface in some supported languages. (TFS14524, TFS14532) Resolved an issue where the use of an apostrophe within a Drawer Name or Field1 through Field5 within a workflow rule prevented the successful save and implementation of that workflow rule. (TFS14447) Resolved an issue that caused German text to truncate when copying group security attributes. (TFS 14517) Resolved an issue that caused an error when attempting to use the database connector library for iscript. (DE40763, TFS13754) Page 16 of 20

17 Resolved an issue that caused iscript to stop responding when a user launched an iscript that contained the Clib.printf() function. (DE42189, TFS14238) Resolved an issue that caused ODBC warnings to display when SQL queries were run from an iscript against the INOW database schema. (DE42978, TFS14494) Resolved an issue that would not allow user or group names beginning with "all" to be created. (DE43383, TFS14360) Resolved an issue that could cause a file system error after a session had been recovered. (DE44203, TFS14612) Resolved an issue where the use of an apostrophe within a Drawer Name or Field1 through Field5 within a workflow rule prevented the successful save and implementation of that workflow rule. (TFS14447) Perceptive User Replication Agent Resolved an issue that would not allow user or group names beginning with "all" to be created. (DE43383, TFS14360) WebNow Resolved an issue that prevented the complete text from being displayed in the Summary tab of Retention Policy Designer when viewing the user interface in some supported languages. (TFS14524, TFS14532) Perceptive Content Release (May 11, 2015) Perceptive Connector for SAP ArchiveLink The following updates are included in this patch. Perceptive Connector for SAP ArchiveLink Resolved an issue where the cache for hosted documents in SAP ArchiveLink was not correctly invalidated between retrievals of attachments. 18 Perceptive Content Client Previously in some multibyte languages, adjacent characters created by pressing multiple keys did not display correctly in text fields. Now the system generates the correct character for display and then inserts that into the text field. (TFS13789) Resolved an issue where barcode values were not populating document keys when separator sheet was discarded. (DE42355, TFS14351) Resolved an issue during upgrades from 7.0.x to 7.1.x on machines with both 32-bit and 64-bit products installed that resulted in duplicate instances of Perceptive Content services to appear. (TFS14174) Monitor Agent: Resolved an issue where services were not restarting successfully on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 platforms. (TFS14201) Perceptive Content Release (April 10, 2015) Perceptive Integration Server The following enhancement and update are included in this patch. Enhancement Perceptive Integration Server Added the GET: /v2/serverinfo call, which returns the interface version for Integration Server. (US67729) Update Note The new developer documentation for Integration Server is now published to iscript: Resolved an issue where blank values were incorrectly present for the task type, state properties, and business list category property when running scripts. Enhancements Perceptive Content DDL Schema The incrementals were updated and schema changes were made for this patch. Perceptive Integration Server Enhanced web and mobile clients so that session cache settings are now configurable. (US62601) Perceptive Content Client INLink: Perceptive Content documents are now successfully opened when accessed from a link. Previously, opening the link could occasionally result in an error. (DE28258, TFS10236) Improved performance related to releasing the license after a user logs out. (TFS5840) Resolved an issue where stopped responding when migrating a view that contained a prompted list custom property constraint. (DE16762, TFS9074) Resolved an issue that could allow duplicate --instance-name commands when running INTool using an iscript. (DE28476, TFS10425) Page 19 of 20

20 When a task is now assigned to an existing document and the existing document is appended to or merged with another document, the original task is preserved and assigned to the newly appended or merged document. However, if the source and target documents reside in different folders, and a task is assigned on the document and the folder level, the task is invalid. When a document is replaced, tasks associated with the replaced document are invalid. Previously, the task was not preserved and invalidated properly. (DE40056, TFS13559) Resolved an issue where the close session server call did not display in the performance statistics logs. (TFS13709) Perceptive Integration Server Resolved an issue where web client sessions may not have initialized correctly in single sign-on configurations. (TFS13475) Resolved an issue where Integration Server sent an incorrect response code when timeouts were encountered. (DE41114, TFS13763) WebNow Resolved an issue that displayed truncated workflow queue names when the user selected Route Forward. (DE38848,TFS13515) Perceptive Content Release (February 10, 2015) Perceptive Integration Server The following enhancement and update are included in this patch. Enhancement Perceptive Integration Server Perceptive Integration Server has been updated to support future enhancements.
