2 LOCKOUT PADLOCKS SF40 PD Padlocks The SF40 PD padlocks main feature its their 4.5mm nylon shackle, which makes them suitable for blocking small electrical lockouts. Resistant to shocks, UV rays, corrosion and extreme temperatures. Dielectric padlocks. Ideal for chemical industry, mining, military and power generation facilities and for explosive and flammable environments. Body made of highly insulating polymer ABS. Permanent laser marking for the body, if required. Key retention system when the padlock is open. Includes labels for signaling the danger zone protected by the padlock. Supplied with 1 key. 3 MECHANICAL LOCKOUT Cable lockout 3 plastic cover Braided steel cable; 3 mm thick and 2.4 metre long. Red plastic coated cable for avoiding environmental and chemical corrosion. Ergonomic polyethylene device to facilitate adjusting the cable. Blockable with a padlock with a maximum shackle diametre of 7mm. Used for personnel safety purposes and for maintenance and production installations. Cable 3 / 2,4 m. Cable lockout 3 plastic cover Box INSTRUCTIONS OPEN THE HASP AND PASS THE CABLE THROUGH THE ELEMENTS NEEDED TO BE LOCKED. INSERT THE CABLE THROUGH THE HOLE ON THE SIDE OF THE HASP AND PULL TAUT. (Note: If you wish to mark the area with a label, place the label on the cable before inserting it back into the hasp) ONCE THE CABLE IS TAUT, CLOSE THE HASP AND LOCK IT USING ONE PADLOCK. 3

Suitable for screw or push buttons. Made from high impact resistant transparent resin. 7 SAFETY ACCESORIES Vertical lockout box for 14 padlocks Lock boxes are ideal for the groups responsible for maintenance working in shifts, with staggered hours or by subcontracting. The lock box can to store up to 12 lock out-tag out padlocks, keys, labels and other items of equipment required for repair operations, maintenance or equipment monitoring. The box closes with un to 14 lockout-tagout padlocks of the group s members. This prevents unauthorized workers to perform maintenanceof machinery and equipment from accessing this material.
