2 Sign Face Materials The following manufacturers for reflective sheeting; transparent, cuttable film; and screen inks and additives have complied with DMS This Specification describes the procedure for pre-qualification. These manufacturers are pre-qualified to supply the following products for use on Department projects and requisitions when referencing DMS These materials require no further testing before use unless deemed necessary by the Project Engineer or CST/M&P. Tex-720-I describes the sampling method. The Department reserves the right to conduct random sampling of pre-qualified, certified materials for testing and to perform random audits of test reports. Department representatives may sample material from the manufacturing plant, the project site, and the warehouse.
