4 Speed up software delivery through a more modern release cycle strategy ELIMINATE BIG, EXPENSIVE UPGRADE PROJECTS New releases installed as a patch What about server- and database installs as with the current upgrades? Technology stack (Oracle 12c) to stay stable in the medium term Server- and database installs not a prerequisite for upgrades What about training? No big training projects directly related to upgrades Upgrades should not cause disruption of existing processes Training will be available on request to implement new processes What about local software? Existing logic and data structures to stay intact as far as possible while new features are being added Always the option to take out a local software maintenance contract

5 HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE NEW STRATEGY Upgrade to Integrator 4.1 It will be the last major upgrade project for the medium term It is using the latest available technology stack (Weblogic 12c) Will be fully supported and continuously enhanced Is waiting for Integrator 5 an option? All the Integrator 5 development done during 2017 is now available in Integrator 4.1 Any further development for the medium term will happen on the Integrator 4.1 platform and will be rolled out on the new release cycle strategy Is staying on Integrator 3 an option? Integrator 3 still supported, but not enhanced Enhancements to the standard software will be done in the Integrator 4.1 platform

11 SELF-SERVICE REPORTING THROUGH JASPERREPORTS SERVER Embedded with ITS Integrator Licensing as part of ITS Integrator license Commercial vs. Community Editions Real-time or scheduled reports Ability to schedule reports Delivery to web browser, mobile device or inbox Scheduled reports automatically ed after they were produced. Various formats For example xls/xlsx, pdf, powerpoint, text.
