Issue Fix Copy Proposal Resolved issue using 'Copy Proposal' in Dashboard where users without 'Add Document' and 'Edit Document' permission received an error. Issue Fix Copy Proposal Resolved issue using 'Copy Proposal' where the original 'LeadWriter' continued to see the copied proposal in their Dashboard after changing the 'LeadWriter' to another user. Issue Fix General Resolved issue where the 'Reset Filters' icon disappeared from the SEARCH page. Issue Fix General Implemented a security patch to prevent JavaScript injections. Enhancement General Upgraded necessary components to ensure PowerPoint files build correctly in Sales Docs and that Word Replacements run correctly. Enhancement Sales Docs The sales doc logic has been updated to use the first form as the template. Issue Fix Sales Doc Builder Resolved issue where user is unable to Preview a record in a Sales Doc Template from the 'Documents' tab. Issue Fix Searching Corrected an issue where the 'SummaryInformation' field was cutting off after the first paragraph marker. Issue Fix Edit Document/Record Removed the 'Insert' option from the Edit Document toolbar. Issue Fix Edit Document/Record Removed the following buttons from the View Document toolbar for Excel files: as these features are not available with Excel: Add Page to Pitch Book; Add document to Pitch Book; Add Page to Compliance Central; Add Document to Compliance Central. Issue Fix Searching Resolved issue related to Google Chrome where the column resizing and 'Search Database' dropdown did not work. 7 Issue Fix General Modified the default timeout to reduce 'Invalid Viewer Login' errors. Issue Fix Dashboard Resolved the issue where the My Proposals Only option is not retained when the user clicks away and comes back to the Dashboard. Issue Fix Viewer We added the product name to the properties of the WebProViewer.exe file. Issue Fix Dashboard Resolved an error displaying the dashboard: Instance property 'LastName' is not defined for type 'System.String'. Issue Fix Dashboard When filtering by a contact name field in the Dashboard, the list is not sorting alphabetically. Issue Fix Dashboard and Search Modified the display to fix the issue where words were not wrapping correctly they were broken mid-word instead of keeping words together. Issue Fix Reports Resolved the error received when sorting by the Last Edited By column in the View tab. Enhancement Administration Alphabetized the word replacement list in administration. Issue Fix Dashboard Corrected the issue where the vertical scroll moved all the way to the right when there are many visible columns. Enhancement Dashboard and Search Added the ability to apply another filter when accessing a specific filter from the column headers. Enhancement Dashboard and Search Adjusted the filters windows to maximize space and display values optimally. Enhancement General Adjusted the web pages to ensure users will not have to clear the browser cache to view pages properly after a getting new release. Enhancement Search Moved the Save as Attribute Group option from to the bottom of the Attributes page. Enhancement Viewer Modified the viewer to increase the download speed. Enhancement Viewer Modified the viewer so that users will not have to open the viewer from the ADMIN page after getting a new release. Issue Fix Dashboard Corrected issue with scrolling headers Issue Fix Dashboard Disabled the Assign Section to User icon in Excel files when open through the viewer. 8 Enhancement Reports Organized the report properties window to display fields alphabetically by tab. Enhancement Viewer Added the product name to the two viewer executable files ( ViewerLauncher.exe and WebProViewer.exe ). Enhancements General Revamped and improved security of PMAPS-to- PMAPS (P2P). Enhancement Search Added the option to send a search record through without using the viewer. Enhancement Search Added the option to view the PDF of a record through the browser without using the viewer. Enhancement Search Added the option to download the PDF of a record without using the viewer. Enhancement Search Added the option to download the PDF of a record without using the viewer. Enhancement Search Added the option to image preview a record without using the viewer. Enhancement Search Collapsed the insert icons into a single dropdown menu. Enhancement Search Collapsed the view/edit icons into a single dropdown menu. Issue Fix Administration Changed the default viewer mode to standard mode for users added through single sign-on. Enhancement General Added the ability for each user to show/hide the hover preview feature. Enhancement General Added the option for each user to apply the preferred number of rows in the search results window. Enhancement Search Added the option for each user to display either one or two lines of text for each record in the search results window. Enhancement Search Added the ability to combine multiple Microsoft Word records into a single Word document via the Download/Checkout feature. This is an alternative to using the Verify and choosing Internal Review Only when records are already in compliance central (which is prevented since records cannot be sent to compliance central multiple times). 9 Issue Fix Dashboard and Search Re-enabled the ability to resize the formula window in Excel documents when open through the viewer. Enhancement Dashboard and Search Disabled the Excel save icon in Excel documents when open through the viewer these must be saved using the Save to PMAPS option. Issue Fix Reports Corrected the error occurring when exporting a report that contains the Proposal ID field. Issue Fix Reports Corrected the issue occurring when exporting a report included the extra fields available on the Misc tab where the column headers were the internal field names instead of the customer s label name. Enhancement Reports Added record revision detail fields to the report properties for new and existing reports. Enhancement Reports Added record revision detail to the Q&A Attributes built-in report under Server Reporting in the ADMIN page. Issue Fix Search Corrected the search algorithm issue where specific searches that contained nonalphanumeric characters stopped working as they had in prior versions. Enhancement Search Added the ability to right-click on a value in multiselect fields to apply a filter. Issue Fix Search Resolved the issue where the Legal Verified field displayed over the Last Verified or Date Expires fields making the calendar date picker unusable. Enhancement Viewer Added ability to view the default Word save option in the local user s Microsoft Word instance to the viewer s Advanced Tools tab. Enhancement Dashboard Modified the layout of the dashboard options to mirror settings in the Search options. We removed the Items Per Page and the number of results is the same as those in the user s Search preferences. Enhancement General Improved the icon layout so that icons display and operate correctly when zooming in and out. Enhancement General Updated code to disable TLS 1.0 encryption protocol for outgoing transmissions from PMAPS. Enhancement Dashboard Ability to click next and previous buttons to navigate through proposals instead of clicking on page numbers. 10 Issue Fix Search Corrected the label for exporting attributes from Export Document to Export. Enhancement Viewer Made the search text field a toggle to hide/show when using the Hide Search Text Box and Show Search Text Box options in the Viewer Settings where previously the field was greyed out. Enhancement Viewer Made the viewer toolbar always set to 100% visibility and removed the option to change transparency. Users may now minimize the viewer toolbar. Enhancement Administration Added a new report to Server Reporting that provides unique user logins (by named account) and a count of total unique user logins per month. Enhancement Administration Under the Users/Groups/Directories User option, the Delete and Deactivate icons swapped locations to re-enforce the best practice approach, which is to deactivate users. The Deactivate button now displays when you select a user in the Users window. The Delete option shows at the bottom of the page, once in the Edit view for a user. Issue Fix Assembly Center Corrected the issue occurring when using Output to PDF for an assembly center project where an automated Word Table of Contents was not populating with the page numbers and instead displayed!bookmark Not Defined!. Enhancement Compliance Central Changed the text displayed during the Import process from the text Click to Refresh Compliance Central to the refresh icon available in Compliance Central. Enhancement Dashboard Made the Proposal Attributes available for the related dashboard proposal record when viewing an individual RFP Assignment. Issue Fix Dashboard and Search Corrected error occurring where the user is unable to update a record with *** Missing Employee *** as the internal field CompliancePerson to a contact from the picklist. Issue Fix General Corrected an issue displaying date fields when in the English (Ireland) locale. Updated to include additional Windows locales. Issue Fix Mobile Corrected an issue searching for proposals on the Dashboard in the mobile interface. Enhancement Search Added the Insert Short Answer option to the View Document toolbar. 11 Enhancement Search Updated hover labels for insert functions in the View Document toolbar to be consistent with icons on the Search page. Enhancement Verify Removed the functionality that prevents Search records from being sent multiple times to Compliance Central. This allows the Internal Review Only option to work even when records are already in the Compliance Central Sent tab. Issue Fix Administration Corrected the export feature so that Q&A Attributes (Revisions) under Server Reporting exports correct data when a filter is applied. Enhancement Dashboard PMAPS will now add a contact to the picklist when transmitted from Salesforce.com, provided the name is in the correct PMAPS format of Last, First. Enhancement General Employed new, vastly improved graphical user interface for entire application and viewer. Enhancement General Modified several labels and screens to correct typographical spelling issues. Enhancement Administration Clarified the viewer compatibility message relating to recommended use of Non-Active-X viewer mode (now referred to as Standard mode). Enhancement Compliance Central Removed the POP3 Queue option for importing updated Compliance Central records. Enhancement Administration Removed the POP3 Test option from the Troubleshooting tab. Issue Fix General Modified the Recent list to correctly limit to 25 items. Issue Fix Search Modified the Create PDF feature to resolve an issue creating some types of records to PDF. Issue Fix Search Modified the mobile Sales Doc interface to resolve issues entering dates when set in the European date format. Issue Fix Search Modified programming to show characters (e.g., double quotation marks, less than, greater than) in the hypertext preview window. Issue Fix Search Resolved an unusual error that occurred when filtering on many topics and checking all options, then de-selecting one or more (error occurred after clicking Apply ). Enhancement General Deployed an upgraded PDF component that eliminates the requirement for viewer users to install the WebPro Core Components provided they remain in Standard Mode for the viewer. 12 Enhancement Administration When adding new users, they are now set by default to Standard mode (Non-Active-X). Standard mode is recommended for all compatible browsers (including IE). Enhancement Administration Relabeled Active-X notification under My Account to Standard (Recommended) since Standard mode is recommended for all users. Enhancement Administration Administrators in the WebPro User Admin group may remove the ActiveX Viewer mode setting for any existing user. Enhancement Administration Added Search Field Mapping and Dashboard Field Mapping details to the Troubleshooting page. These tables provide the internal (default) tab label, internal field name, label, label description and field type. Enhancement Administration Relabeled the permission Dashboard Admin to Attribute Admin to provide clarity. Please note that this permission is now in a different column. Enhancement Administration User Name, Password, Confirm Password, Logon Address, and Contact Address are now mandatory and enforced when adding a new user or editing an existing user. These fields are also now highlighted in yellow. Issue Fix Administration Resolved issue during new user addition, where an error prompted both address fields to be completed but a user was nonetheless created. Issue Fix Administration Modified the error message generated when an unauthorized user attempts to modify the WebPro User Admin group, which requires system administrator access. Issue Fix Administration Removed the WebPro Core Components installation link from the Administration page. Issue Fix Administration Removed internal database debugging details from the Status & Errors log. Enhancement Assembly Center The Preview is now available in an Assembly Center project for sections linked to the Dashboard document (Link to the existing RFP). Issue Fix Assembly Center Resolved issue in the Assembly Center where a section could not be replaced (overwrite existing document with a new file). PMAPS Release Notes 10 Rev: 6/8/2018

13 Issue Fix Assignments Resolved issue where the Assign Section to User button (to make an assignment) was missing even though the user is an administrator. If the user is not an administrator, their name must be in the internal field LeadWriter to make assignments. An administrator can make assignments from any Dashboard document. Issue Fix Compliance Central When sending or downloading a record from Compliance Central, the Due Date field is now highlighted in yellow to be consistent with other mandatory fields in PMAPS. Issue Fix Dashboard Corrected issue where users in the European date region were not properly being required to complete the User must complete field after Ship Date after populating the internal field DateShipped. This was already working correctly for users in the U.S. date region. Issue Fix Dashboard Corrected issue for users in the European date region, who applied a date range filter but were unable to export only those corresponding records. This was already working correctly for users in the U.S. date region. Enhancement Dashboard Removed the following error from the Status & Errors log: "Error creating thumbnail for file". The related issue has also been resolved. Issue Fix Dashboard Resolved issue where Word Replacements failed to run while using the Relink Document feature. This was already working correctly when using the insert options. Enhancement Dashboard Ensured all icons are the same size on the Dashboard. The Word icon was previously smaller than others. Issue Fix Dashboard Resolved issue occurring when a user uploaded a file containing all caps in the extension portion of the file name (e.g.,.docx.xlsx.pptx) and the initial upload was successful but the user could not subsequently save the proposal. The system will automatically recognize the extension and convert it to the valid lowercase extension in the database. Issue Fix Dashboard and Search Corrected issue where replacement failed when the word replacement was linked to a Search record field that was not a standard Attribute (not on the Attributes tab, e.g., Times Inserted from the History tab). 14 Issue Fix Dashboard and Search Resolved issue where filtering on a multi-select field matched values that are a subset of another value (e.g., using a contain criteria instead of an exact match of the selection). Issue Fix Dashboard and Search Corrected issue where the scroll option was not available after returning to an already-filtered column and choosing "Show All Options". Issue Fix Reports Corrected the report Build criteria option for multiselect fields where the values were not being displayed in alphabetical order. Issue Fix Reports Removed the beginning and ending semi-colons from multi-select values that appeared in the export of custom reports. Issue Fix Sales Docs Resolved issue where changes did not appear in the mobile application, after user created a sales doc and changed the form. The form now correctly records user changes. Issue Fix Sales Docs Corrected a logic issue where the Equals option for a document insertion was not working as designed and was being applied as a Contains rule. Issue Fix Search Resolved issue in some PDF files where some images (e.g., logo) were not being displayed when in document view mode. Enhancement Search The mandatory Due Date field is now highlighted in yellow, when using Add to Compliance Central and choosing the option to "Save to Compliance Central and Request Compliance Immediately (SME will be notified)". Issue Fix Search Resolved an error that occurred for users in the European date form region when using Verify after applying a date range filter. Enhancement Search Made a change to the Download/Checkout feature, where the folder will automatically be created instead of receiving an error that the folder does not exist. Previously, if a user typed in a director location that didn t exist, they would receive an error. Issue Fix Search Implemented a database change to prevent a Document ID attribute from appearing to change from one number to another. Issue Fix Search Corrected issue that displayed the Add to Sales Doc icon for any user with the Basic Editing permission enabled. The icon was reverted back to availability for users with the Build Sales Docs permission enabled. PMAPS Release Notes 12 Rev: 6/8/2018

15 Issue Fix Search Modified our upgrade program to automatically correct issues experienced by users with saved searches, thereby ensuring Saved Searches are preserved and continue to function correctly after upgrading to a new PMAPS version. Issue Fix Search Corrected issue in the Hypertext window where hyperlinks were being displayed as the field codes. Issue Fix Search Corrected calculation methodology to ensure the Times Inserted field shows the same value when displayed in the search results grid (when in the user s Visible Columns) as it does on the History tab. Issue Fix Search Corrected the Permissions/Restrictions to ensure that users with the Multiple Global Attributes permission enabled are able to use the Global Attribute Changes feature. The previous workaround was that the Dashboard Admin permission had to be enabled in addition to the Multiple Global Attributes permission. Enhancement Search The Search ID and Internal ID for each record is now displayed at the bottom of the Related tab. Enhancement Search Restored the Filter icon in several locations across the Results tab, including the column headers in the Visible Columns and next to the Modify Filters icon. Enhancement Search Enabled automatic insert of the forms/short answer response when using the Insert Full or Insert Selected options for records that have the option on the Forms tab checked for "Use this response for Excel or Web Forms" and have an entry in the form/short answer field. Enhancement Search Enhanced application to permit users to edit the Forms response for an existing search record while in Edit Document mode. Enhancement Search The Forms tab is now illuminated in yellow when populated. Enhancement Search The Document Index number and Search ID number for each record are now displayed on the Related tab. Enhancement Search Enhanced the Revisions tab to make it easier for users to identify changes made to a record. The "Summary Information" text (which was previously truncated) has been removed. 16 Enhancement Search Added the ability to search Japanese and English from the same PMAPS database (requires the Language field to be populated with the appropriate language). Issue Fix Search Corrected the error that occurred when using the Save Locally option for a PDF. Enhancement Search Added a new PDF icon to the Search toolbar that allows a user to view a PDF version of any document without engaging the Viewer. Enhancement Search Resolved issue in the View Document window that prevented the Print icon for a PDF document from functioning properly. Enhancement Search Improved the Global Attribute Changes feature by permitting users to clear the value for a set of records. Issue Fix Search Resolved issue where the Copy to Clipboard option functioned inconsistently when using Insert Full or Insert Selected options. Issue Fix Search Corrected an error that occurred when clicking on the Search ID link in the Related tab. Enhancement Search Added the potential to filter to a newly added record by providing the Yes/No option after adding a record: "A new record has been created. Would you like to view it in WebPro now?" Enhancement Search Added new "Create Duplicate Record" icon to allow permitted users to quickly create a copy of an existing record. Issue Fix Search Corrected issue where users possessing Edit Document permissions were unable to revert documents from prior versions. Enhancement Search Removed the selected row highlighting in Search results of red (for non-compliant records) and green (per bid records). Replaced highlighting with icons, both on-screen and in the preview window. Enhancement Search The Search page now automatically resizes to fit all sections within the user s display size. Enhancement Search The name of a Saved Search may now be up to 100 Unicode characters. Enhancement Search Modified filtering on a multi-select field to prevent the application from potentially hanging when there are thousands of search results. PMAPS Release Notes 14 Rev: 6/8/2018

17 Enhancement Search The Searched Words are now displayed in the Search Criteria window even when Options are hidden. The Searched Words now include the language searched. Enhancement Viewer Enhanced the Viewer to afford compatibility with the Office 365 platform. Enhancement Viewer Added compatibility with Office 2016 for both the standard full install (MSI) application and the Office 365 subscription platform. Enhancement Viewer Added a new checkbox to the Viewer Settings to allow users the option of always displaying the Viewer on top of other windows. Enhancement General Improved the activation configuration to include an Active setting that allows the license to be continuously active instead of becoming deactivated after 7 days without a user signing into PMAPS. Enhancement General Developed a workaround to offer compatibility with Office 365. This currently only is compatible with the Office version. Enhancement General PMAPS now requires product activation for every copy of the software. For hosted clients this activation process is completed by a Proposal Software support engineer and does not require any action by a user. For clients with on-premises installation there are a few simple steps required for license activation. Issue Fix Dashboard and Search Resolved error inserting from Search Results on this version only when using only Microsoft Office Issue Fix Search Resolved error applying Global Attributes change to the Date Expires field when using a date range as the filter method in Search Results. Issue Fix Search Resolved issue where new Saved Searches were not available for selection. Enhancement Compliance Central Added a Refresh icon to Compliance Central to allow users to refresh that page without having to refresh the browser. Enhancement Compliance Central Modified icons for easier identification of what each icon does in Compliance Central. Enhancement Dashboard Improved the speed during the Relink Document process for proposal dashboard documents. Enhancement Dashboard Created a workaround for sites with no Dashboard data so that they can add a new proposal even when there are no prospect names in the database. 18 Enhancement Proposal Editor Added ability to search directly from the proposal editor where the selected text in the active document is used for the search. Enhancement Sales Doc Builder Added ability (new icon) to add documents to SalesDocs directly from the Search results page. Enhancement Sales Doc Builder When adding documents to sales docs, added ability to hit the ENTER button on your keyboard instead of having to click the button in PMAPS. Enhancement Sales Doc Builder When adding documents to sales docs, a preview of the document is now displayed. Enhancement Search Improved display of the Searching pop-up every time a user selected a document or performed a search. Enhancement Search When editing records, removed the Click OK when done editing to refresh the options. Enhancement Search Added ability to search directly from the Search page (new icon Search From Word ) where the selected text in the active Word document is used for the search. Enhancement Search Added associations to the Related tab for dashboard proposals, sales docs and assembly projects linked to the Search record. Enhancement Search Modified the way text is highlighted in search results hypertext or hover preview window to highlight only the searched word(s). Issue Fix Assembly Center Modified layout of Assembly Center page to display more details about each section. Issue Fix Assembly Center Added ability to show/hide details for each section or all sections. Issue Fix Assembly Center Added ability to show/hide details by section. Enhancement Compliance Central Improved Compliance Central management by remembering which tab the user last had open. Enhancement Compliance Central Corrected a date formatting issue unique to the European date format when populating the Due Date field manually instead of using the calendar picker. 19 Issue Fix Dashboard Corrected issue when using the Link to a proposal on your network option during the New Proposal process, where the status for this linked file was being changed from True to False and the path to the linked file was removed. The data remained in the revision history, but could only be manually corrected internally. Enhancement Dashboard Added ability to remember filters on Dashboard when using Save Preferences. Enhancement Dashboard Modified the New Proposal page to automatically expand the attribute field sizes when the window is expanded. Enhancement General Added capability to remove the use of ActiveX to engage the Viewer. Added compatibility with Google Chrome. Enhancement General Added a new Active Users report that shows all user login dates/times and logout dates/times with the user name. The report includes the auto logout date/time from the web page. The report also includes the last viewer launch date/time and last activity date/time. Enhancement Search Added a notification when selecting a contact name from a pick list that is not configured for the appropriate role. Issue Fix Search Modified Excel output to include the sort order applied in PMAPS. Issue Fix Search Corrected issue when using "Link to a Proposal on Your Network" where a Save Changes applied to dashboard attributes would remove the linked file path. Issue Fix Search Added more bookmark actions when using "Show Bookmarks" in a proposal editor document. Enhancement Search Added footnotes to apply word replacements. Issue Fix Search Corrected issue using Global Attributes where there are more than 200 records to modify. Issue Fix Search Added notification when using attribute templates they may have selected employees who are not configured for that role. Issue Fix Search Corrected issue when using attribute templates to add records where the contacts would not populate to the page from the template. 20 Enhancement Search Enhanced filtering capabilities when filtering for 100 or more values at a time in a single field. Issue Fix Sales Docs Corrected issue where the order of Document Insertions was not being retained when making edits and/or additions. Enhancement Administration The Status & Errors log now displays the affected user name for error messages under the Who column. Issue Fix Administration Corrected issue where the consultant/consulting firm would not remain when selected in the attributes for an indexed directory.
