2 Installation instructions: 1. Prepare the device- (CAUTION: In order to prevent damage to the SIM card, please insert the SIM before powering on the device.) Remove SIM card from its sleeve. If it has multiple sizes, remove the largest one (Mini). Unscrew the top cover from GPS tracker. Open the top cover sliding it down the power wires. Insert SIM carefully into the tracker. Make sure it is fully locked into place. It should make a click when fully seated. Replace the top cover and screw it back together. Don t over torque the bolts. 2. Find a secure location to mount the GPS tracker- Choose a secure location in the vehicle either in the trunk or interior of a vehicle. A common location is under the dashboard, this is both hard to easily find and is good for GPS positioning. Choose a location that is not next to electrical wires for the radio, alarm systems or other RF devices. These devices can interfere with GPS location data. 3. Connect the wires according to the installation sheet provided with the device. 4. Wait 5-10 minute for the unit to find the GSM and GPS signal for the first time. Moving to an open area will decrease the time required to get a signal. 5. Setup the device- (See below) Set master phone number Change user password Set local time zone Test location

5 Command set: 1. Set master phone numbers SMS instruction format: *New number*password*user (1-3) ** Example: * *0000*1** Feedback: SET USER NUMBER(1-3)OK Note: 1. Maximum of 3 numbers can be saved to the device. 2. To change a number, repeat the instructions above. 3. Numbers not on the list can NOT receive alert messages (Tow, over- speed, daily), but can send instruction to the device with the password. 2. Change password SMS instruction format: 777+New password+old password Example: Feedback: SET USER PASSWORD OK Note: Default password is 0000

7 4. Request a Google map link with vehicle location. SMS instruction format: 669+password Example: Note: Tracker responds with a Google map link. 5. Request a position with coordinates SMS instruction format: 666+password Example: Note: Tracker responds with coordinates. 6. Daily report in fixed time interval SMS instruction format: 665+password+HHMM Example: Feedback: SET DAILY REPORT OK Turn off: 665+password+OFF ( default) Example: OFF Feedback: SET DAILY REPORT OFF Note: HH is hours( value range [00-23]); MM is minutes( value range [00-59]) 7. External power cutoff alert Enable power cutoff alert: SMS instruction format: 011+password Example: Feedback: POWER ALARM ON
